Hi Parisa, You forgot to add this hint 'almost all the basmati rice in the states or Canada is new (DOESNT NEED TO SOAK) just add the rice to boiling water.

Parisa F Haghighi it came out great! Only a little stuck to the pan but that’s because I need a different type of pot . It was delicious!
Ashley Bows maybe add a little more oil on the bottom of the pot to prevent sticking!

Is It still crispy with no towel? I don't have a pan lid so I'm using foil until a new one comes.
