Amongst all the persian people who shared that Tahdig w/ potatoes recipe here on Y.T. yours is really the BEST❣🤗😍 I Love your presentation & most of all, I am certain that even the taste is excellent, no doubt about it. #kudostoYOU!!👏🥂👏
Rice has to be washed initially several times to get rid of starch and dirt... You want clear water. Then you will have to leave it for couple of hrs in water or over night with added tablespoon of salt ... and then start from where he starts ! This is important which he skipped.

You shouldn’t even need the egg if you are just making a potato tahdig, you just need the saffron water, and oil. If you are making Tahchin then you use egg and yogurt.
Wow! Amazing from first try. I didn’t add an egg. And cooked at low for 45 mins

I'm Persian and what he's doing is a hack...
...and my god WHAT A HACK!
Next time no need for the egg mix thats more for making Tichin
I noticed that the rice shrink by the time it was done soaking
Adding egg gave the whole dish a really eggy smell! Never making it again or just do it without egg.
Someone else posted that the egg and yogurt is for a different dish!
Its definitely not the king of rice but delicious nonetheless.
I tried it and burned the potatoes. 😞
Medium heat is probably best, not high.
02:04 " my husband's aunt " 😱😱🥴🥴🤭🤭🤨???🤣🤣🤣

not Persian.
You don’t choose to be straight or gay...you’re born that way.
The people are going back to the time of Moses where people are having sex like animals. Ditching the message of God.
You are a persian guy and still call the yoghurt as greek yoghurt, shame on you
He said literally “I’m not Persian”
Your husband's aunt?????????
