- Former Victorian Police commissioner Kel Glare says Daniel Andrews’ 2013 car crash that nearly killed a teenage cyclist needs a “total review from start to finish” following a newly unearthed ambulance Patient Care Report.
A secret Patient Care Report developed by the paramedics who attended the crash scene was recently unearthed, revealing the teenage rider was struck by the Andrews’ Ford Territory.
“There needs to be a forensic analysis of the damage to the car and to see whether what’s said by both sides is consistent,” Mr Glare told Sky News host Andrew Bolt.

Andrews has done incredible harm to Victoria and hopefully, will be the subject of legal action as soon as any indemnity runs out.

The evidence clearly indicates a different version of events than that spoken by Mr Andrews. The fact that he is in public office means this needs to be addressed immediately with utmost seriousness. Reminder, a child, now a young adult, was hurt and his life affected through all this. Accountability?

Thank you Mr. Kel Glare for your honesty in this matter. In my opinion, the comradeship between Andrews and Patton has been and will continue to be a dangerous one. I have my doubts that Patton will ever do the right thing and have an independent review of the gross amount of corruption. I will never forget the debacle of the riot in Taylors Lakes where police stood by and did nothing - I presume due to orders from Police Command.
