- Time for the Second disc!
The vocals were quite loud compared to the instruments, particularly in the vocally heavy songs, especially Killing Me Softly and Spanish Eyes. Not to mention the accompanying tape hiss and speeding issues varying across the disc.
Each song has been Re-EQ'd individually. Done for the love of the King!

1974 was a Vers good year for Elvis .😎great shows in Jan February 1974 in Vegas, the Memphis home tour in march, Houston, and a great tour in June . In summer in Vegas he changed his complete Programm in the opening shows, he was tanned, slim( he looked in his face like 1970😎😊. His hair was a bit different, new leather suits he only worn in August 1974… he earned. More money than any other performer, gave more shows than ever .

Elvis rallied in ‘74. Stopped the downhill slide for awhile and gave some fun shows and a couple of good studio performances.

@@AdityasEPFC I was old enough; had little ones at home though & couldn't swing it. Always thought there'd be time when my kids got a bit older & we could take them with. Very sadly, I was wrong. Thank you so much for cleaning up the sound. It's wonderful.
I was in same situation. I froze when I heard news Elvis was gone knowing I’d never see him.

He was not in top form since 1971. It was a continuous decline since then. Both fisically and vocally. The fact that he looks good is just a testimony of how great he was.

Could you please upload Closing Night 1973? I have the FTD CD, but it runs about 1,5-2% too slow. I'm sure you could make the sound better and also correct the speed.
FTD could’ve easily fixed the speed issue with this really nice release. A shame. 😢😊
