Right, in English you wouldn't say "health" when somebody sneezes. But in German you'd do. This video is not only about English sentences in a German syntax and grammar, it's also about literal translation. What the guy says in his two roles, is the literal English translation of the German senteces shown in the subtitles below. And he made it so literal, that he also translated things like groceries and refridgerator literally, which shows how German compound nouns work. 😀 That's why he's got "life-means in his cool-cupboard".
