@Schwanzus Longus That's complete bs on Dennis James' part. He was struggling with 4 plates on the incline bench press on a video here on RUclips. The only few bodybuilders who competed at the Mr. Olympia who could get close to 3 reps on incline bench with 6 plates are Ronnie Coleman, Big Ramy, Markus Ruhl (which you did mention), Kevin Levrone, and Dallas McCarver. Ronnie Coleman's actual bench press max was believed to be around 600 lbs and same goes with Markus Ruhl too I believe. Dallas McCarver was extremely strong too and hit 405 lbs on bench press for like 13-15 reps, which equates close to a 600 lb bench press max. Big Ramy hit 5 plates on incline smith machine bench press for I believe 6 reps or so, which would equate to a 600 lbs bench press max. Kevin Levrone was ridiculously strong on the bench press too and hit 5 plates for 4 or 5 reps which equates to close to a 600 lb bench press max. There was this one bodybuilder named Greg Kovacs who didn't compete at the Mr. Olympia, but was an IFBB Pro and competed at the Arnold Classic that apparently had a 700 lb bench press max, largely due to his weight being over 400 lbs in the off season, so he could probably have hit or did hit 6 plates on incline bench for more than 3 reps. But all in all, hitting 6 plates on incline bench for 3 reps would not be possible for the Mr. Olympia competitors I just named, since incline bench is harder for 99% of people. I would say they could've maybe gotten 1 rep on the incline bench for 6 plates, but even that's a slight reach, but getting 3 reps on incline bench, I don't think any bodybuilder that's competed at the Mr. Olympia stage could ever get/has gotten till this day. Now if we were talking about powerlifters, that would be a completely different story lol, plus the big exception of Greg Kovacs of course.

He always grips a little too tight when bench pressing. He should choose a wider grip. Then the results would be even better. And don't straighten your arms at the top, but keep them slightly bent.

His grip is perfect id argue. Going super wide doesn’t add any benefit. If the argument is that a wider grip adds more stretch, then I’d say worry about stretching during a fly movement. A nice moderate grip is going to ultimately allow for a better elbow path and less strain on the shoulders.
