- IN THIS WEEKS VIDEO...THIS WALL WAS IN SERIOUS DANGER OF COLLAPSE !!! HERE IS HOW WE FIXED IT 🧱👍🏽
WE HAVE A GARDEN WALL IN SERIOUS DANGER OF COLLAPSE. ONLY TOOK A SLIGHT PUSH TO DEMOLISH THE WHOLE THING. WE SPEND A FULL DAY CLEARING THE BRICKS INTO A SKIP THEN WE REMOVE THE OLD , VERY POOR FOUNDATION, WHICH WAS VERY EASY.
NEXT WE DIG OUT THE VERY WET GROUND THEN FINALLY WE MIX OUR OWN CONCRETE.
ALL IN ALL A REALLY GOOD DAY.......ENJOY 🧱👍🏽 Хобби
If England was susceptible to earthquakes how much would be left standing after say a 7.5 quake ??
This is a channel where a father and son share their day to day work on RUclips.
So ask me a bricklaying question that is relevant to the video’s.
Or maybe watch some earthquake experts and ask them 🙄🤷🏼♂️
@@SteveAndAlexBuild I think he is referring to the state of the wall you took down lads. Little ground shake and that would have gone. TBH someone walked past and farted too loudly and that wall would have gone.
@MattRoscoe1 🧱👍🏽
If the U.K was to receive an earthquake of that magnitude................
It would disturb and shake all the bottles of wine in my cellar. Then what to do...?
🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍾🍾😁😁😁🤨🤨🤔🤔👍👍👍👍🍺🍺🍻🍻🥃🍷
There is no 'if' because the UK isn't susceptible to earthquakes. The strongest earthquake was only a 6.1 and that was well over 90 years ago, to which even that was well offshore in the North Sea.
Alex is a rare breed these days. hard working & can work on his own without a phone in his hand. Well done lads. That ground looked waterlogged.
Cheers Tony . It was very wet 😒🧱👍🏽
True Professional Trades Guys, even sick the job gets done. Hopefully Alex you may have sweated that Bug out. Sure you got a good hot meal and bed early.
Cheers 😁🧱👍🏽
The wall disassembled itself....splat
Crummy wet mushroom growing weather..
Oh my
😆😆🧱👍🏽
Hi guys I've been enjoying your building video's, I normally watch on TV where I don't know how to ask a question, but today I'm on my laptop and I have a question which isn't about this specific video. Buy why don't y'all use rebar? especially in a foundation for a wall. I live in Texas USA, I really like/enjoy seeing a family working together and striving to do a highly professional jobs.
,
Glad you enjoy the channel.
There is no need for Re bar in such a small wall foundation 🧱👍🏽
Judging by how much work you did Alex while your dad collected the wheelbarrow, this job must have been 200+ miles from home, unless a pub got in the way. As sometimes does happen with builders 😂
😏🧱👍🏽
Fair play Alex, you're a trooper. Hope you recovered quickly.
Ta Wayne , still not fit 🧱👍🏽🤒
You did well to soldier through that Alex! Take care fellas!
Cheers Steve 🧱👍🏽
Bad day for 2 injured soldiers 😢 ope you're feeling better x
🥵🧱👍🏽
That's the way I load a skip.Jenga style saves space👍hope ya both well lads.
Good thanks Dave 👍🏽🧱
We did this once at my sisters.... got 4 chimney breasts in the skip. Lorry struggled to get it off the ground and loaded. Driver, in no uncertain tone, told us they would never take another skip order from us....LOL
@ianbullock5621 😆😆🧱👍🏽
Dad stopped at the doughnut shop while you got all the bricks loaded in the dumpster no need for the wheel barrow now. Hahaaaaa 😂😂. Alex sorry you’re feeling under the table never fun to have to work sick. Cheers mates.
Thanks Mark 🤜🏽🤛🏽👍🏽🧱
Steve when you're ill it alex thats makes you come into work lmao
🧱👍🏽
Good video Steve, my goodness Alex ( the bulldozer) showed that dig out not to mess with him if he is as sick as he looked its amazing how much he did.
Its a shame you don't live down here in Surrey a neighbour of mine was told he needed a new hip about a month ago he went in on Tuesday last talk about a post code lottery I don't know how long they have been messing you about.
Please stay safe out there old friend I rather like to keep up with your antics. Best regards as ever Ken

Well done both quality job as always
Cheers Gareth 🧱👍🏽
By the look of the bungalow it's a 1960s property that means the lads were working piece work the quicker it was done the more money you earned hence hardly any footings and the compo was 90% sand to save on cement .
Spot on 🧱👍🏽🤙🏾
I'm no doctor, but I reckon you have a touch of the Swedish flu there, Alex.. but great work considering you were both not 100%... look after yourselves and can't wait for the next instalment 🏴👍

Esa pared tenía poco hormigón. Saludos desde🇪🇦

Thanks
Thanks very much Mick 🙏🏽🙏🏽🧱👍🏽
Hello!
🙌🏽🧱👍🏽
Wow! I guess it was time to replace it
🙌🏽🙌🏽👍🏽🧱
Alex only way to get rid off a cold is sweat it out with hard graft
💪🏼💪🏼🥵👍🏽🧱
That sub-surface water must be what rotted out the prior wall. The homeowners should find out where the leak is coming from.
🧱👍🏽
Good thing that dog at the beginning didn't Fart !! or that wall could have collapsed !! 😱
🇨🇦🤓🤟
😆🧱😒
Both of you look after your health it's more important than money,I was like you but with my back now I can't get out of the chair
🧱👍🏽
Very few sick days when you’re self employed

In next week's episode Steve and Alex turn up on a job without leaving something at home .. shock horror 😂😂
Joking aside I love what you guys do and your content, and Alex is spot on with the Job Satisfaction point in turning something dangerous into a lovely new safe wall. Keep up the good work 🙂
Not a chance 🤣.
Thanks Matt 🧱👍🏽🙏🏽
And the van's organised as well. Fat chance
The original wall was built by elon - the eight year old Lego bricklayer.
😁👍👍
😉
I think Elon is one of the Cow boy builders that has wrecked the customers home and leaving the property in a mess and over charging them thousands only to disappear with the money . Customer fianlly contacts Steve and Alex to sort Elon mess out 😂😅
@@GadgetGazza12 Definitely.....
That elon troll needs pharmaceutical and Psychiatric help - badly.
