Honestly am a Himalayan user and it’s handling is mind bobbling I mean it’s the only bike which get 21 inch spoke wheels which helps to obtain nice handling through traffic and streets

Yeah, Himalayan is not a tractor. Never had royal Enfield built any tractors. They only make two wheelers.
And Himalayan is known as an adventure tourer and not an off-roader.

In our village areas the normal road in rainy season is way more challenging than this one . Some village people can complete this track without touching there feets on ground

@@MotoWingz they can do thé job on dry roads but definitly not mud. Do the same with 80% off road tyres and you will do it much more easly

These bikes should have been fitted with proper knobblies ! Pretty sure they would then have got through with little difficulty. Nothing wrong with the Himalayan.

Himalayan bikes are capable for doing this off-roading😁, Not only Himalayan any bikes can do this if they have better off-roading tyres, By the way I don't think those riders are just kids on track, they don't knw the basics of off-roading, the sitting position can shows that clearly, they were sitting light going for long tour in hghway, Lol😂, Pls Enfield, if you are conducting such kind of programs makes some qualified riders, the basics of off-roading is bend forward and keep the hand wider and look in tobthe road, Sad🤓🤓

Everyone learn from somewhere no rider becomes perfect without experience. When I first did off-roading I too made lots of mistakes and fell. But that's how I learnt
@@GameZero2 right. But making a video and posting it as off-road event is being unfair to the bike. They should have made it clear that this is a practice session.
Once your front Tire turns to the left or right you will get stuck, And the hole got more muddy as more bikes went through. How many different brand bikes would make it through.?

I just did it with my fascino.. I was not dirt biking, but when somehow I fell into the pit at night, I got rid of it quite easily.. And off course my trousers and shoes were wet of the dirt.. It should be a piece of cake for Himalayan..

but just that we can do it with any bike doesnt mean ADV bikes are worthless... normal bikes are not meant for these kind of roads but still if you push them harder you can do it... but ADVs are built for purpose and yes its a piece of cake for bikes like Himalayan...cheers👍
If you did'nt change the tyre how will it go, also fit that tyre to dirt bike it will slip too

I only saw one comment about the tires I hope there’s more because you could take a Hayabusa into that mud puddle with street tires and it won’t come out however you can take a little 80 with dirt tires and go through it on a wheelie This bike reminds me a lot of my old Suzuki TS 250 which was a great 2 stroke street legal just the way it works and maneuvers remind me a lot of it and was by far one of the best eduros I owned

I've seen a Himalayan cross from India to Europe, climb off trail paths, and ride comparably on regular roads...your point? The main problem here is the lack of experience for these riders. They can learn, of course, but it's not showing the ability of more seasoned riders.
So if I buy one does it come with those 2 guys to follow me around and pull me out when I get stuck?🤷♂️

The Himalayan doesn't have any inbuilt electronic rider aids like traction control, etc.
The KTM Super Adventure R, would be great for any amateur on any terrain. Do check out KTM's Adventure series. The only con I see is no plans for India yet...
