I use it for medicinal pain relief but I don't need or want a doctor prescription to make it legal to use. It needs to be legal to use age 21 and up without a prescription and doctor approved under 21.

When you classify marijuana As A Dangerous Drug it becomes a gateway drug. Once people try marijuana then they are willing to try other things that are illegal, other drugs and other Behavior become attractive because of the illegality. If smoking marijuana is illegal than other illegal activities become less frightening.
