Dude, I can't thank you enough for this, you look totally like one of those Tappbrothers, but unlike them it seems that you really want to help people understand how to train, you're not making horrible videos that have no content, this is obviously well thought out, well edited. I love it man!
I'm so glad you're making videos again. So much good information. Also, beginners may think that the hollow body push up looks like nothing, but it's a killer.
Great to see you back posting awesome videos. Excellent production quality and clarity. Like the idea of circuits for time (like many I'm used to aiming for a set number of reps). Also nice to see ring exercises too as these are a piece of equipment I hope to invest in soon. Keep up the great work 👍.
You can add a cardio component to rings that is never mentioned--imagine doing "cheating" pullups/triceps dips on the rings, i.e., using the legs to complement the movement. Try 20-30 reps performing these "cheating" reps and tell me where your heart rate is now. Very easy on the joints, minimal impact on the knees and actually fun to perform. Many variations off this theme using the rings with arms/legs combos. I am 71 and cannot do the intense brutal training regimens I adhered to in the past due to orthopedic concerns, but intend to remain active until God calls me home.--Mike
I find that the time can push you further than you'd normally go sometimes. For example, I saw quite some progress in push-ups since I started working more on circuits. The trap of course is not to allow your self to slack when you get used to the same work-time so you have to increase it after a certain point in order to keep on growing stronger.
@@BodyweightMuscle cool, I just gave the first workout a try and found that when going for time rather than reps I was concentrating more on each individual rep rather than aiming for a number. Im presuming it's 3 circuits per session?
Hi Gerardo. I like Bodylab nowadays. Pretty good quality and the caramel taste is extremely tasty! I'll take maybe 3-4 scoops per week when I have a lot of work and not a lot of time to eat.

INTERVAL TIMER - really good one, thanks for the tip!
Oh hellloo there!! Greatt to have you back man!
Well for me at the moment I don't have any rings right now got invest in some. But I'll still make due with what I have 👍
Happy to see you back. good video
Also, one thing people could try during the triple plank is to make the push-up motion a sphinx push-up. It'll make the upward motion a little harder.
Great work as always
Thank you Mauricio
Good stuff! Glad to see videos again and excellent content.
Thanks Mike!💪🏻

Hi Mike!
Great quality video! Do you recommend this work out over the RCT circuit training videos a few months back?
Down one leg his still going hard that's proof gymnastics is for everybody 👍
true!
What is your recommendation to combine this with a front lever routine?
How do you hang the rings evenly but quickly?
Sir quit never wins.
You seem to be much more focused on time of sets rather than number of reps these days, do you think this is more advantageous?

do you recommend the 1.11 inch over the 1.25 inch size rings?
What whey protein do you drink man??...I need a good one please.

Have Handstand push ups fallen out of favor ?
How many rounds of that circuit though? Maybe I missed the info
Nevermind, nearly died before finishing third round
Good video. I came trying to find bodyweight leg exercises but I see I am in the wrong place
1 minute later and I'm realising maybe I'm wrong
Your link appears to be broken :(
