I think I've been watching too many 2025 Camry reviews this week because I had a dream last night that I was stuck at a Honda dealership being pressured into buying a Civic and trying to leave so I could test the 2025 Camry at the Toyota dealership.
Same 🤣but I’ve been having dreams of buying an older TRD model
😝
@@Nightshade1881
Wait for the next TRD.
The old one didn't have any more power than the regular V6.
The next one should be stronger.
Great and informative post Jeff... thanks for the once over.
Hi Toyota Jeff! Love your videos. They make me laugh every time I watch one! The new Camry looks great! Hollaa! 😂
2025 XLE Camry > XSE trim
2024 XSE > XLE
Although, I love how the wheels look on the XSE Highlander more than the XLEs
awesome review Jeff
only wish the XSE came with the auto wipers and driver seat memory.. that black headliner is so nice on the XSE.
Would have been perfect if we can get an awd xle with black headliner.
I just ordered an underground xle awd with the premium package. This video helps me visualize my car that I can’t wait for!!
Congratulations!
I hope a new Lexus ES is coming soon 😍😍 since The Camry is so loaded now✨
got a soft spot in my heart for this energetic yet cringey man haha. Thank you ToyotaJeff, you never fail to keep us up to date on new Toyotas without shame!
The singing's a Trainwreck. 😂
😊 My 2017 Pearl White xle camry I bought new now has 205k on it, runs and drives and looks like new still.
Other THAN OIL CHANGES, 4 sets of tires , only front set of brake pads I put on last summer everything else is stock and untouched. It's amazing how it just keeps running smooth as silk. I prefer to drive this over my new 4 runner bulk of the time. Money well saved couldn't go wrong!!!!
No transmission fluid changes?
Does it have a 360 camera view? Only while backing up or can you pull it up in the settings ?
This looks amazing! So much more refined than the previous gen. Toyota really thought of everything.
Great review Jeff thank you for doing an XLE this is the car I want. I will wait one year I never buy a first year model new vehicle. One question I have what is the mpg on the front wheel drive I imagine it’s better Jeff?
Looking for a link to the spec sheet you showed. I'm sure it's right in front of me, but can you help me? (remember the Van Halen "Yankee Rose" video? "Can you help me?!! My doctor said I have to take a LAXATIVE!!!". Great review Jeff. Keep 'em coming.
Is that a Crown Signia I see in the background? Got an overview coming out for that car soon?
I am waiting for that Crown Signia review.
Does anyone know whether the two red eyes on the steering column can be controlled by the driver. Are they going to beep at every turn (or droopy head) and you cant's do anything but listen or will one be able to disable them? That's the problem with these packs. Always all included. But one could accidentally import nightmare of beeping into your life just by buying the package. Positively they can be handy in keeping your shoulders straight and head up. ALL THE TIME. lol.
Beautiful
Jeff, do you think the next Camry TRD will have the Crown Max engine?
I'd buy that.
I think I like both the XLE and the XSE best!! Thanks Jeff. Do you think you can do a driving test on the XLE in North Carolina?
I never really though about ever buying a sedan until I saw this generation of Camry. IT IS NICE!
Love my 2018 Camry, the new one improved a few weaknesses.Definitely will get one in a few years. The Blue with light grey inside is awful nice 👍
which style would you prefer more? XSE or XLE? and why
The car and its features look great and are superior to its competitors IMO. MY only question is can you get a leather interior? If so, on what trim level and is it an option.
Sadly, Toyota didn’t offer the XLE AWD version in Canada. Only the XSE AWD. The Toyota Canada website isn”t showing the 2025 Camry lineup. So, I don’t know if that oversight will change. Maybe, Toyota doesn’t think the Canadian market can support too many trim levels. Bummer.
I like XLE. The way is equip. What price ?
they should add two more trims: L (around $27k) and TRD 😁
What’s your favorite Camry trim level - LE, SE, XLE, XSE?
XLE
XLE 😁
Def XLE
XLE this color and inside
I'm awaiting your XSE review.
Great Review!!!! I’m hoping and dreaming Toyota can bring back a Camry Wagon here in N America which will make this AWD Hybrid Camry so perfect 😊😊😊
Let’s be honest.. it’s an entry level Lexus.. every bell and whistle is grooming you to a Lexus sedan.. not a bad thing! , mind you!! I’m getting one in the silver with off white interior. Under $40K!! ( barely) $4.30 under!!
That’s cool!!
The XSE should really get the the two person driver's memory system bc most people now prefer the sportier look on the Camry with the Cockpit Red leather interior
Where can I get copy of the print specs for Camry le and clean?
Xle
I don’t know Jeff .. kinda just want to wait a bit and grab a Limited crown used
Can we just get a XLE with LE wheels? Would the speedo be off?
Seriously. I would prefer they put 17"s on the XLE instead of the 18s. Such a huge drop off in mileage. Seems silly they jump through so many hoops to makes these cars more efficient, and then they throw these big wheels on them, that knock several MPGs off. Like the 18'"s on the Prius is so dumb.
I did the math. A LE tire is 215/60-16 and a XLE tire is 235/45-18. This means that the circumference of the LE tire is 82.2 inches, and the XLE tire is 82.7 inches. If you put a LE wheel/tire on an XLE, the speedo would be reading 0.6% more than it actually is. Over 15,000 miles, your odometer would read 90 miles more than it should.
@@dknight211 do you know if the dealers can adjust the software to take into account the difference in wheel size?
@@Fadic4 I don't think so, because that could mean a dealer would be able to affect how the odometer works. But you could definitely call up any trusted dealer and ask them.
What does the XLE have that the XSE doesn’t and vice versa? I’m interested in the XSE
xle has memory seats not found in xse...
and their suspensions are tuned different
13.0 gallon fuel tank?... last gen was 13.2 gallon... assumed they'd just use the same tank
No spec is perfect for me. Id like the LE with 17s honestly it's equipped well enough to be good enough for most and that 50mpg is sexy. But my heart would get the XLE... And that memory seat is a must have when your wife is a foot shorter than you. If you know you know
This XLE reminds me of my Avalon XLE, which is a good thing.😊
Why is the Camry smaller than the new 4runner and it has more legroom than the 4runner. Also, why are Truck and SUV prices so high? What is going on Toyota?
Wow 18” wheels gets 46mpg and 16” rims gets 50-51mpg 😮
I wonder if dealers would let you just get them swapped there, also, would the software need to be updated to adjust for the different wheel size.
Digital rear view?
The hoodrod is a bit of a disappointment.
For Toyota, you have to pay $4000 dollars to get tech package to include parking sensors.
Can an all leather interior be an option ? Not loving the micro fiber. It doesn’t wear that well from my experience and that light color will show dirt in no time.
when will they start selling them? does anybody know?
I got mine already
That looks like Roman, from TFL Car & Truck
Thanks Capt. Obvious.
Used to be able to buy a regular Camry xse for 31 to 32..... 40,000?!
All because of the decision to go full hybrid, this is going to price out a lot of customers.
Yeah but this one is AWD with the most expensive package. You can get a FWD XLE with no package starting at $33,400.
Roman over at TFL
I'm down with AWD.
The new Camry looks great, but I'd probably buy 2022 Lexus ES still over the XLE Camry.
Looks good on the outside but the dash design looks unresolved and lacking cohesion. Different design elements that look slapped together rather that showing uniformity.
that grey cloth material on the dash will get dirty so fast.
Stop being a slob.
why no heated REAR seats?... even the Prius gets that.
I'm the luckiest my frist time to drive 0 milliegge toyota camry 2025 the same car omg !!
XLE > XSE... XSE loses because it has 19" wheels and only black interior with the blue paint... Crazy that you can't get Red interior with Reservoir Blue at least!
Looks a whole lot like the prius on the inside
Looks NOTHING like a Prius. Get your eyes examined.
Looks kind of ugly inside ngl. What happened to the leather on the dash in the previous gen? The microfiber makes this look cheap. Exterior does look better though. I guess I’ll go with the XSE then.
It's probably reliable as a hammer, but that is a lot of cheap plastic, Toyota seems to be making less effort on interiors lately.
TFL!
I don’t know but the current generation looks cooler
I hope the all new redesigned 2025 RAV4 has as much tech and cool features.
It will probably have more
2026 MY
As long as they have a gas only option. Not everyone likes hybrids and evs
@@erichoskins8812 Toyota said the RAV4 will go all hybrid in 2026.
LE AWD or bust!!!
Just wish I could get the larger entertainment display in the LE. The 8" looks small, out of place for the large space allotted to it. It appears to be an option in the SE, but not LE.
@@dakkon74 Agree, I want an LE with the larger infotainment screen. C'mon Toyota.
Is it just me or does the microfiber look tacky, especially on parts of the dash?
Featuring another car reviewer
One suggestion never record in the sun. You think it is showing everything but nothing is shown in its true color and texture. Many reviewers make that mistake
Good idea and I’m super aware of this. This is at a Toyota national media test drive event. We had to film where the vehicles were pretty much unless we found a better place to film in the shade. I didn’t have that luxury because I was an unfamiliar territory about a mile from the Mexican border.
The car went up 10k lol… damn nah not 40k
40k for that Camry...idk man that's kind of steep
That XLe trim fabric is absolute trash. Quilted diamonds, are you freaking kidding me? Even the LE looks better, but the XSE looks better by far
Rap song. Really. Dude said Rap song. 😂😂😂😂
TFL, 😂
30k for a yamry okay
40k plus tax camry LOL
You do think you sing well, don’t you?
Not liking it 😔
Unfortunately, I won’t be getting this car. I looked on Toyota’s website in my area area. And priced one out. For an. Xse with the features I want and trading my car in. They wanted $700 payment for leasing and $650 for finance and that’s with 72 months not 60 at almost 11% APR. That is insane and if anyone thinks this is a good deal, please enroll in an economics course lol.
11% apr? Your credit must be terrible.
Just pay cash
If you can't afford to pay cash, don't buy. Here's your economics course.
@@truthserum5310 You apply this to housing as well?
@@wyw201 Depends. Housing in great areas are appreciating assets, cars are not. Minimum 20% down, and your Mortgage payments should be no more than 25% of your net pay.
Overpriced.
Not really a fan of CVT OR ECVT. Traditional 8 speed automatic will outlast the ecvt. Toyota cheaping out since ecvt is cheaper to manufacture. Then raising the price of the car. Toyota please put a regular automatic 8 or 10 speed automatic trans and life will be good. Not buying this.
Im not buying nothing
😢
No one is forcing you
okay? No one gives a shit
No one asked
You going to die soon if you don’t buy anything
Huge Toyota fan but the hybrids suck. Hybrid the cream of the crap.
Yeah up to 51 mpg combined really sucks
fake fan
Really, they have made the most reliable hybrids to date and have continued to perfect them and this is based on consumer reports and reliability research for many years. But hey, if over 45 mpg is not good for you and you have a a gas engine that can do that and it's just as reliable then go buy it.
@@jima7756 sucks for gas stations 🤣
Nice to see you and Roman joking around 😂
