No no problems at all. Was out shooting with it today, incidentally. Just get it tight enough in the first place and it's not going anywhere and once it gets warm the metal expands and then it's really not coming off. I did use a paint pen to mark the can and put that at 12:00 and check it about every other mag though just bc I'm paranoid
I love love love love love it. So light. So short. Hardly know it’s there. It’s not the quietest can ever, but that’s not it’s role. All my defensive ammo is 147 grn JHPs (so subsonic), and it’s “good enough” suppression when used in that role. With 124 grn supers, when using an ablative (I prefer using hand sanitizer), it’s much less loud. It makes a huge difference. Makes it as quiet if not more so than my Obsidian 45 in long configuration when dry. Would you be better off with a modular can such as Obsidian 9, Erector 9, etc? Probably so for a first pistol can. That’s why I went with an Obsidian 45 as my first can. Buy first for generality, then specialize.
@@forcesolutions4154 Thanks for the reply. I already have a Wolfman but I'm shopping for a handgun suppressor and don't want to throw off the balance of the gun too much. I know the 9sk will be louder than the Wolfman but these full length suppressors just seem too cumbersome to want to use quite a bit. I have a DA Mask that I put on the FN 502 and that is about the weight and length that I would want for a 9 suppressor.
@@Marmakin909 Exactly. The SK is nice and short and light and does a good job given its size. And if you want to make it quieter, use an ablative if time allows.
CGS Mod 9 can comes with CGS piston in 1/2x28. Griffin makes a piston for the CGS Mod 9, to attach the Mod 9 to a Griffin EZ-Lok muzzle device. They make the EZ-Lock muzzle devices in a variety of configurations and for a variety of thread pitches.
For a Glock or similar no, the barrel cannot be removed from the slide with this installed. It’s easy to remove it, though, should you need to. For a 1911/2011, yes, since the barrel comes out the front of the slide.
Thinking of getting the same system for my CGS Mod 9FS. Have you experienced your can coming loose with this system yet?

Good video. Are you happy with the 9sk?

You bought the piston for the CGS can or bought the piston for the Griffin cans and put it in the CGS can?
