Why is there controversy on this woman? Feminists spend their time repeating to women to be free and confident into their life decisions but, society cries crocodile tears when one is confident into a traditional wife life.
We have other things to worry about... honestly!

Try exploring the fact that 10 million followers are obviously drawn to something deeper. It’s evident that the heart that beats inside this woman is that of an artist and one who follows it without reservation. She’s unstoppable because of the support of family and community. No one escapes life without consequence of choice and I’m sure she measured the life of exhaustion and sacrifice that accompanies world class dancers. It’s all a trade off ladies. Now go back to your choices and live your lives and appreciate this woman’s artistry without comparison guilt, shame or projection.

Anyone with 9 million followers is a businesswoman with substantial own income, probably earns a lot more than her husband with trying to scam other women into giving up financial independence. Grew up in a household where my mother was indeed dependent on my father's income, which he kindly reminded her of every single day. Also, how much he worked and what a burden we (my mom and three kids) were for him. Of course, from what I gathered as a kid, it didn't start out him being this way. At the wise age of 23 he knew he wanted a big, traditional family. Problem is, he didn't know neither could he really imagine the evergday reality of that. He wanted the propaganda, not the reality. My mother had very poor prospects going back to employment with three kids, she had her babies so young (19 when I was born), also I think she never really built up a confidence to make it in the outside world. Used to be angry with her for letting my father treat her and us as he was, but now I just feel sorry for her.

@@reccyre No, a traditional wife is a woman who doesn't have a career outside of her family. The version of a traditional wife is that the husband is 100% responsible for all the finances of the family. The woman takes care of the home, takes care of her husband, children, and household. Modern " Trad Wives" are cosplaying, I grew up at a time when most families had a stay at home mother. If one is a content creator, that is not a traditional wife.

These two talking from the times are totally high school mean girls. This entire recording is projecting their own beliefs ON THIS WHOLE FAMILY. It smells like jealousy and bitterness. The interviewer who actually wrote this hit piece acted like she EXPECTED to have total alone time with a mother of 8 kids. Hannah is an adult & feminism was for a woman to have a RIGHT TO HAVE CHOICE. This is Hannah’s. You went after her kids in the article. I grew up farming. It’s HARD work but it’s not EXTREME, you just made the comment that what they chose is EXTREME. No it’s not. 🙄
Where do think your food comes from??? You’re completely out of touch, this entire article was pure insecure projection. I bet when she mentions the beauty of Hannah in the article all she felt in real life is hatred (jealousy)
She feels she’s being scored for her “sinful” life in city because she saw a hard working family with values and was the snake in the grass that wrote a hit piece, knowing she contributes nothing much except gossip and judgement where she’s from.

Ashleylebedev Thank you for sharing your thoughts, I completely agree with you. All this ”concerns" are coming from a place of envy.
The arguments of women being mistreated, oppress by religious cult and abused by aggressive partner or being abandoned with no money after years of sacrifice is valid. But that's not the case with Hannah, she's making her own money, she's free to dance if she wants to, she even takes part in beauty pageants - she's one of the lucky ones who got a rich man (a dancer's career is short and doesn't pay much) who gives her a calm and blessed life.
The negative noises are coming from a source sustained by jealousy and prejudice, it's clearly when people want to make a rich, successful and well-realised woman the victim. Her life makes many people feel belittled, so to feel better with themselves people are making up a story, likewise the journalist who wrote the sad article.

To all the people saying it's an biased article and Hannah is oh so happy. She wrote a blog before Instagram, where she describes how sad, lonely and depressed she is because she's completely alone with the kids and her only happiness is to talk with her baby, while Dan is gone from 7-10. She wasnt happy. She also describes how Dan is happy that she loses a pageant, which is toxic, and then immediately after wanted to propose and she had to ask him to delay it. That's toxic af. Just that her blog wasn't polished up by the full-time social media manager they are now employing.
And to all who are saying she's a savy business woman and could leave him. The business is only in his name, the house is only in his name. She effectively has nothing, not even the brandname ballerinafarm, which he owns alone. If she'd leave she'd lose it all. Likely also the children, we all know who would be able to get the better lawyers and the house is his alone, so is the Instagram, the company... Would be hard to afford a house big enough to get custody for all the kids... Shes way too deep in the sunk-cost fallacy to leave

This article and story is absolute trash and quite frankly full of lies and ignorance from the journalist. Just one example amoungst many is the idea that Hannah makes her lifestyle seem effortless and easy when it isnt and that she is misleading every day women. Hannah makes it very clear the work that she puts into the pageants, lifting weights, cold dips, spray tans, teeth whitening. You would have to be pretty idiotic to get the impression that the process is effortless. Not to mention that if you look at 95% of her videos she is completely makeup free and wearing pretty dull and plain work clothes and just happens to be naturally pretty.
Seems like a lot of this stems from jealousy tbh.

This article isnt a promotion of that life-style nor of Ballerina Farm brand, it isnt hard to understand. It is an analysis of the trad wife movement, being Ballerina Farm one of the front images. It also compares that movement to the feminism. For me it is a really interesting study of a reality, useful to people learn about it and see what they think for themselves. But Hannah, and many other men and women do.. for children. Children and married life are a dream for some people, crazy as that might be 🙄 and for some people it takes priority over other things. That doesn't mean that the journalist had the right to drag Hannah's family through the mud because she doesn't agree with her choices.

    • @dianas5897
      @dianas5897 2 месяца назад

@beepbopboop7727 I'll say as well, she doesn't have to reveal her struggles or her insta or youtube. She largely uses Instagram to promote her farm and its products.. her content is not 'this is what my life is like'. It like asking a musician to release their badly written songs or, in a movie where someone buffs up for the role they must also release a disclaimer or clip of their struggles with diet and exercise regime otherwise they're being deceitful. Most people will understand that when you run a business and are raising children that there are going to be down days and difficulties. It's so sad that with modern media, people are not able to come to those conclusions on their own and they need people to reveal their entire lives to them otherwise 'they're hiding something'.

  • @lucasjames7524

Traditionally probably about 3 of the children would die of preventable illnesses
when you have an open cheque book to buy what ever you want land cars food & other resources it makes a big difference.
i fully support their right to have a big family & live as they choose but its a long way from being "Traditional".

He is very wealthy and this is literally for show. He never had any farming experience. Money is not a problem. He only let's her have a cleaner even though she has mentioned she'd like more help.
She has to homeschool them. In the room in which she hoped to be a ballet studio. Such a shame.

@@claireconolly8355 she doesn't homeschool them, they have a teacher from the community. She runs a multimillion dollar business as an equal partner to her husband.
