Luigi wins by doing nothing, juuust make sure you don't get pranked by that one guy that makes you swap teams. Then again, if you have TWOOOO units, you literally don't have to do anything.

Claw Of Savagery + Shell + Dipsia is all you need if you want to beat Finnal Battle without the use of other mods, then again it also needs a ton of luck.
Sadly, immobilize locks any solo clear of Finnal Battle into using the Purple Tear Key Page, and there is no way to consistently set up claws of savagery with that much hp. Purple Tear will just get murdered by all the sotc enemies.
