This course was specially designed for gun retention, gun protection and gun defense! SAMICS Law Enforcement is a training program for operational forces. The training has a strong focus in defense with weapons (including the practical and tactical handling of the weapon), as well as the defense against all sorts of unarmed attacks and weapons attacks against one or more opponents. The central aim of the training is to gain control over the opponent (situation) alone or in a team. Therefore, SAMICS Law Enforcement is not comparable to traditional civil defense systems and martial arts.
About the author:
Peter Weckauf is a trainer 20-year in self-defense and martial arts. Outside of his courses, Peter owns one of the largest martial arts gyms in Austria. Over 45 years of self-defense and martial arts experience make him one of the most competent coaches in the field.

Beautiful system!
Interesting these skills will be adopted into my drills. I am always looking to improve any and all fighting skills, as the first commenter stated these skills like any in combat are not 100% However that ultimately does not matter if it is 100% working all the time it get's your mindset and gives your mind and mental state the frame of mind you can win and thus even if you cannot you fight until you cannot any longer being ever more aggressive ever faster more mobile far sharper.

As an experienced with different combat techniques and martial arts, i always suggest my disciples to go through each and every moves and techniques find a USP and apply yourself with the awareness of your surrounding. so i agree with all above moves are accurate and best surviving techniques.

This types of techniques are the the difference between life or death, the people in this comments dont realize that this is one of the most important things to know when you are on the edge every single day. Im from Brazil, and if the cops here knew this kinda of stuff like the palm of their hand, i can tell you that at least 80% of the ones that were shot up close would still be alive.

Actually, most of the people who get shot with their own guns had them taken away from them seconds prior. We always trained gun owners to draw an imaginary line between the subject and themselves and don't let them cross it. Ex-boyfriends are pretty good at talking their way close enough to disarm the woman they've been stalking.

Con respecto al ataque frontal arma de fuego, los movimientos que efectúa son de alto riesgo, haber! Si arrebata la pistola a esa velocidad y el agresor tiene por lógica presión sobre el gatillo disparara invariablemente al agredido, las técnicas de Wing Chun no lo recomiendan de esa forma por dicho riesgo, las fuerzas y la velocidad y factor sorpresa arriesgan al agredido y más aún si carece de experiencia, yo no veo segura esta técnica analicen en movimiento lento y es fatal el resultado o matan al agredido o la bala hiere a terceros, menos al agresor.

To all ignorant people out there, of course these moves will never work 100% . These moves should only be used when you have no choice but to fight for your life. Now what is better confront an assailant without combat knowledge or confront them with a combat skill. These moves will never be 100% effective but atleast it will give a higher chance of survival.
