I recommend trying this challenge for people with shoulder pain. I started doing the challenge and I’m a week in and it feels amazing. I don’t really feel it in my forearms and triceps yet put I do feel it in my side dents a lot which is cool because who doesn’t want bigger side delts but what I’m finding really rewarding is that I feel my anterior serratus and mid/lower traps working which is amazing because I have bad shoulders and those are exactly what I need to strengthen. Already I think my shoulders are hurting less. Also I feel it a lot in my hip complex which is also good because I have hip pain that I need to eliminate as well
@@lukazivkovic4944 I’m not actually doing the challenge anymore since my new job is already quite taxing on my hands but I did the challenge for a few months and I loved doing it. I still highly recommend. I would love to start doing it again. My delts got way bigger and my forearms much more defined. I also just feel more coordinated and athletic.
How’s it going man? I love this challenge. I think I will start this week. Been doing CrossFit for a few months and I’m developing wrist pain at end range extension on both hands. Also some numbness that don’t follow typical patterns. Medial elbow soreness. Was wondering if you’ve expanded on this challenge at all or incorporated quadruped walking into your weekly routines
okay i get what you did now. Why did you do this? I'm going to do this too but i just wanna know what your reasons were. Are you a grappler, i see a grappling dummy, did you do all this quadwalking for mat wrestling gains?
The channel Wifi Plug has a clip on you saying you hit day 85 on Nov 10th but on Nov 7th you are saying 30 days. I'm confused. Lol. Pretty cool either way. The feeling of accomplishment when you complete a task that you set is great!
I think you need a specific build to do this. I have a wingspan of 6'3" and am 5'10". I also have a smaller lower to upper body ratio. If you have really long legs and short arms, I don't think it would be possible.
I'm curious about he wrist pain. You'd think it would increase by walking on all fours not decrease. What kind of wrist issues did you have? I get pain immediately if put pressure on my wrist and bend them backwards. I can't extend my right wrist fully either. I think I may have some bone growth in my right though caused by childhood injury.
nope, walking at 4s (like regular walking) is a low impact exercise, you can do it safely, therefore is normal to get stronger and rehabilitate hands/wrists/forearms etc, joints need movement to heal up, if you dont move, the body shuts articulations down because seems that you dont need them, so it would be wasting resources
@@MB2.0 Depends on what kind injury. But yes, I agree otherwise. You have to convince your body that the joint is essential for survival by working through the pain, in moderation of course. That's how I healed my toe and elbow.
@@Bangu7 I’ve been looking for an answer on his TickTock for ages. I understood that but how about after day 30 because he’s up-to-date hundred whatever I’m guessing the max amount of time is 30 minutes per day. Has he mentioned in his new or videos where he capped out?
@@CeyoDaHoe He mentioned in day 31 that he was gonna stop adding time past 30min. However it sometimes goes over but the base time for everyday is 30min since day 30.

Out of curiosity why are you trying to get better at running on all 4s? No judgment just curious

This is how pain is dealt with most of the time. Light exercise. Letting the area sit there motionless is probably gonna allow it to persist

I'd really like to know if your capacity for lifting heavy weights improved after you were done with this exercise, would really like to know.
Why? if you can run on all fours you dont need to lift weights.

How long do you practice walking on all 4's a day?
Is it for 30 minutes or actually all day inside lol
The day correlates to the time e.g day 30=30min day 25=25min
