Fastest man on all fours - Guinness World Record.
Japanese athlete Kenichi Ito maintained his status as the world's fastest man on four limbs on Thursday as he ran a 100-metre track in Tokyo in 17.47 seconds, breaking his own record from 2008.

keep in mind that average human take about 14 seconds or so sprinting for 100 meters, and this guy's record is not that far behind. It takes really good fitness level to achieve this.
