RUBBER PLANT REPOT + PLANT CARE TIPS - (Club Plant series)

I've officially decided I'm going to make this into a series. I often vibe out to music while I take care of my plants (plants + music = my ultimate therapy) ....so, what better name to call it than "Club Plant"?!
Today at Club Plant I'm repotting my rubber plant. It's still in the peat moss potting mix it was in when I brought it home from the store 6 months ago. The peat moss has been retaining too much water and keeps the soil too soggy for too long. She hasn't had much growth and continued to lose leaves, which I understood as her telling me that she needs my attention. And I'm thinking it has got to be the peat moss that she's not loving.
Her new potting mixture contains:
-cactus potting soil
-perlite
-orchid bark
The goal is to get her into a brand-new pot with fresh potting mix that allows for better drainage and hopefully a much happier plant in the end. (fingers crossed!)
