Agree about food prices. Some places charge stupid money, plus service. We found a few recommended places on quieter streets in areas such as Hell's Kitchen and Greenwich Village and it was just about affordable. The days of the $ pizza slice appear to be almost over. We also went to Grand Slam and once you get past the tat, despite its location it is cheaper than many other places for the sporting gear. I refuse to pay about $45 for a basic Nike cotton baseball team T shirt from the MLB store. $20 for a diffrent brand in Grand slam was for more palatable.

@8:25 is Schubert Alley between 43rd and 44th streets. I walked through there twice a day for over 10 years...wow brings back memories...
Gotta go to the outer boroughs....Arthur Ave., Bronx; Korean Town in Bklyn.......Wo Hop in Manhattan, the one downstairs....
Danny you are loved by every person here in the uk. Your fan base is massive. Your fans are so worried about you.. We see your weight gain over 12 months. I was a nurse for 15 years. My worry for you is paramount. You are hurting and grieving. Take a step back and get help... No1 wants to lose the love on RUclips. Worry for you outweighs RUclips. Please please please your kids need you.
Agreed
I’m not sure it was a good idea to let Danny loose in Manhattan…..there were times when I feared for his life 😳😳I’m a New Yorker….keep the videos coming I absolutely laugh out loud every time, fair play Danny and crew especially poor cameraman who has to be sweating bullets…..walking backwards in that heat OMG 😱❤️
camera is on his back and he controls it through a consol in front of him at just below chest level - that's how it's done. He's not walking backwards.
I WISH I COULD MEET DANNY SOME DAY, AND INVITE HIM OUT TO A HUGE, ENJOYABLE DINNER SOMEWHERE IN THE WORLD.
His stench must be incredible.
Danny doesn't want to upset Chief Wiggum 😂
They were shocked when Danny asked for another drink 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣
Try the Rubin next time. Their one of the only places that heats the bread up on a grill with butter. It’s amazing
When you said USA tour, I thought you meant all over-not just NY & LA. You’re missing Memphis TN, Texas , the whole South. Midwest. You’re missing some great food that won’t cost you an arm & a leg. I assure your viewers not all food in America cost these prices. You just went to tourist traps! By the way, did you want some meat with that sauce?
if he concentrated on areas, he could drive from state to state. Then fly to the next area. We do it all the time for vacations.
He's got his kids with him does he not? They were in the Disney video. So I'd imagine it's more they're having a touristy vacation and he's doing the reviews in between time with the kids
@@mustard7697 his kids aren’t with him. This was a business sponsored trip. The trip to Disney was in Paris I believe.
@@gailatkinson1955 correct. This is a slightly crummy US tour. US, as in... NY and LA.
$48 (£41 in our currency) for a lunch time serving and a slice of cheese cake..I'd rather starve than pay that! Robbing bastards. Giving it an 8 is being too generous..minimum expectation is to have fresh chips on the plate. Ribs looked chewy as well. Wouldn't give it a 1 for that price!
Yep. I'd give a 3 at best. The ribs looked boiled then sauce poured over. Chips look old & refried. Chicken looks like it's been sitting in a oven on low heat all day to be cooked,, never even seen a decent flame.
Danny is like a kid let us in a massive sweet shop, the way he is exploring New York! #megagiddy😅🤣😂
When you left Juniors, where did your bag of shopping go to?
Danny try a bakery called Magnolia, your not far away it’s near Time Sq. try their banana pudding, it’s lovely.
Desserts always great at Juniors. Food was average at best. Now if you wanted Italian, tony d’napolies is the place in NYC. It’s about a 5 minute walk from juniors
How long are you over there for?
Would love for Danny to visit Indiana for some very good food and prices that don't scare him off ! He should enjoy true America and warm friendly people. He deserves better !
Shocking how miserable people seemed. Zero personality
@@shane7103 yeah cuz he was in perhaps the biggest tourist hotspot in the world (times square), in one of its biggest tourist traps.
What ev's. Miserable people none the less
@@shane7103 Just like London. I spent a week there and never saw a smile from anyone, nor did they speak to you. The further north I went, up towards Scotland, the friendlier the people were.
@@catherinelw9365 I’ve heard that said by a Londoner only recently over in Dublin. Truth in it
Great Advertising , On your top and Table...Great viewing Enjoy.
New York New York so good they named it twice. Keep living the dream Danny.Chips etc didn't turn me on.
And if someone in the outer boroughs says The City, you know they mean Manhattan.
Maybe you didn’t watch the video, was an absolute rip off, cake looked good though
@@Helmrash I saw it i would not have given that to my dog even.
@@Helmrash It was tourist food. Looked like a hotel desk clerk recommended the place. There are great places in Little Italy he could have visited. There are also great sandwich shops too.
@@scottbrandon6244 oh no doubt there are some amazing options in New York, unfortunately this wasn’t one of them. Shame as I watch a lot of these vids this has to be one of the worst
we always go to juniors for breakfast which is really good although pricey, cheesecake is amazing as is the milkshake. for a cheaper option and the best bagels we go to liberty bagels on 35th street
The cowboy with his nacker cracker out was hilarious 😂
‘What did he Say’ !!!🤣🇺🇸🎭🎺🎈✨🇬🇧
What kind of camera do you use looks very clear
Can't believe the prices now in New York. Stayed at The Manhatten hotel in Times Square ten years ago, the prices then were reasonable, just like paying London prices compared to living up North, it's a big factor when planning a short break there, service charges plus tips, if your sitting in to eat.
Gotta review the New-York hot dogs! Grab yourself one of these bad boys!
Read between the lines. When Danny gives a score of 8, he's really saying 'no thanks, not for me'.
Did he say $48? Now I remember why I don't get food in Midtown Manhattan....Danny should go to B&H Dairy and Vegetarian on 2nd Ave....I'm not a vegetarian but they have great food there!
For under 80 I'd be taking the whole cheesecake 😆. Im sure everyone always mashes the bag up before the napkin check aswell
I am amazed, Danny, hasn't gone somewhere and been told, "that comes with corn on the cob.". LOL! We Yanks love our corn during the summer, when it is freshest. Too bad it plays rugby in your tummy Danny.
I've recently got back from America and I visited atlanta, Houston, Austin and manhattan and by far the best food I ate on my trip was in texas you need to go to texas before you go home
If Danny Spadone had asked me, I could have pointed him toward a bakery that makes orgasmic sfogliatelle (lobster tails) on the Lower East Side. I'm getting used to the fact that the New York Yankees now own Ac Milan.
Come to Albany, NY Danny! I'll be happy to show you some of the best pizza places in NY. Italian food up here is so good.
Concrete jungle where burgers are made. from slices of pizza 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Danny you are the life and soul of RUclips. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Hi Danny, loving the US tour, I stayed in same hotel as you have, great place. You can't go wrong with the food anywhere, they know how to look after you.
I'm hoping you have a juicy steak there's a load of great steak houses near your hotel, Smith and Woolenskis, just a block down and Sparkes famous mafia steakhouse is awesome too, bit pricey but it is New York. Keep up the good work mate all the best. Rob from Newcastle
Danny you are such an amazing content creator! I hope I can be just a percentage of joy you bring to people!
You're gonna have to go a bit further South for proper ribs there Danny. NY does a lot of things right, but they are not known for BBQ lol.
7:20 in…. Passing Carmine’s!!! Loved it there
Do you keep your leftovers? And eat it later?
I thought I'd never see Danny and take a Pic but he's a world traveler I see , I'll have to keep a eye out for a big rugby player eating on a card table now. Keep some money in your sock when in nyc. Great show. 👍
I love that you order a DIET Pepsi 🤣
