@NatashaHeavy It's his own add-on, called SharpeYe. It adds realistic movements, sounds, and a neat little aiming style called Focus. It's a very nice add-on, I use it all the time when I play Garry's Mod. Look around on his channel, you'll find a few demos of it.
I like this because you can track where objects went after thrown.

@Hax0r2999 The addon is called sharpeYe, download it, enable the motion module and allow relax mode. Make sure to get 1.74 though.
