    Good day..
    I have already purchased the Laserpecker 2 and it will arrive within days...
    Is it possible to engrave on iron, aluminium, glass and leather?
    What is the strength and speed of each substance?
    Thank you
    Good Jobe keep it up 👍

    Thank you Chad, very informative video. I was looking at Laser Pecker's web site and some other sites, they have a Laser Pecker 3 and are going to be releasing a 4 soon. The 4 is a dual laser for engraving on multiple types of materials, but I think I will stick to the Laser Pecker 2 since you made it look pretty simple and I like simple. Great videos.

    ...really cool...so, I'm still waiting to see if you have very steady hands...😆
    I still think you may be able to use it without the stand to engrave, say, the middle of a large platter or bowl...or you could engrave "on" and "off" on the wall for your light switch...or "go away" on your front door...😉
    Or, I may be thinking of another laser...👍
    Matt

    Would you put a finish on it after you engraving it or before, also what type of finish would you use for it (ie. CA, or friction polish)?

    • @ChadSchimmel
      @ChadSchimmel  Год назад +1

      Good question. It would depend on what you prefer as well as what design you are doing I think. You can engrave lightly (not so deep) and do a regular finish prior to engraving and then the engraved part gives a cool texture. You could also do CA as well as inlay for deeper or more complicated/complex designs. There are lots of options for sure
