As a true crime girly, I've seen way too many cases like this bc this exact DV situation is SO common and follows the similar pattern of: her already absiv partner becomes jealous of her success. With her new income, she can financially support herself (and her kids) so she plans to divorce and leave him. When she tells him, he blows up and she has to escape. After a while, he'll convince her to come back so they could work it out and when they can't, he'll attack and untimely kill her. What's even more disturbing is that these men will blame their female partner for "forcing" them to do it. Believing that they can "work it out," which is so glamorized and reinforced in these dark romances, is what gets these women killed
This might sound strange, but thanks for this video. Not long before her passing, I found and started reading her books. I loved them, and by that time, when I entered the first FB group you were talking about, she was already taking that hiatus. If I remember correctly, there was talk that it was because of health issues. Not sure tho.. But after a while, yes, her passing was announced, and I did find it tragic that it was because of a car accident, from what I heard at the time.Not long after that I stopped reading her books or those genres specifically, and I stopped paying attention. But if what was said in this video, and from what I just read about it on reddit, is true, it is very disturbing to think about. At the same time, it has opened my eyes, because since then, I have been occasionally thinking about her and her passing, thinking how devastating it was. But to think about this version.. I just feel horrible for her and her family. Again, thank you for making this video, and for shining some light on the possibility of this being the actual case of her passing. Just horrible, and I hope she rests in peace. Also, some strange coincidences between this case and her books though..

Wow... at the end of the last vid when you said there would be a part two, I thought you were going to say she wrote another series in that universe or she wrote a series that was Law and Order fanfic. For this to be the second video. I'm heartbroken for this poor woman's life to have been cut so short. And the circumstances and unknown aspects... this will haunt me.

it’s dark for sure. it just felt disrespectful to include it in the video where i completely broke down her book series.
