    Best video I’ve seen by far! Very well explained and camera angles are clear! I actually feel like I can do this to my Sonata on my own 😅
    Thanks for the help!!!

    This is an amazing video! Thanks for sharing
    I have two questions if you'd be so kind to answer:
    1. Do you have a video disassembling the bumper to pull the light out?
    2. The Sonata I have has the harness coming from out of the headlight. Is there a way to find a diagram of what it's actually supposed to look like?

    • @s33therfan
      @s33therfan  2 года назад

      You will have to skip through , but I know I removed the bumper on this video. Maybe there is some helpful information. The headlights have a single connector , it is located on the inward part of the headlight assembly. Thanks for watching

    The link for the H7 looks to be a different bulb than what you installed. Do you know if it will all fit within the headlight assembly?

    • @s33therfan
      @s33therfan  2 года назад +1

      I believe I used a different led in the video. I pretty much only use Fahrenled , and yes they will work. Sometimes it is fun trying to fugure out where to stuff all the wire and hardware but it it always works. I love the light the fahren led put out, well worth the effort Thanks for your feedback.

    One thing about Hyundais is it seems there are always a lot of them that have either the left or right brake lights burnt out or have a short.

      there’s a recall on that now just got mine in the mail! It’s corrosion issue i thought it was a grounding connection issue it’s odd

    The H7s I replaced just two months ago already died on me . How do I know it’s the housing that is defective or the bulbs just got bad spontaneously ?

    • @s33therfan
      @s33therfan  Год назад

      I would say bad bulbs , unless water or grease was contacting the bulbs they should work. Thanks for watching.

    Have the LEDs lasted since you installed? I’m wondering how long they last and how the they held up since with the heat they generate

    • @s33therfan
      @s33therfan  Год назад

      They work awesome. They do seem to produce some heat , but I believe it is cooler still than the halogen. Thanks for watching.

    And sorry for my separate comments but I keep coming up with different questions after I remember something . This brand you’re talking about seems to have almost the same kind of description as the brand Sealight , do you think they are the same products but just using their own brand names ?

    • @s33therfan
      @s33therfan  Год назад

      Thats a great question , I am not sure. I know these fahren have been excellent led , I have never been disappointed. Thanks for the feedback.

    Weird , after I clicked on your link , Amazon tells me the H7 is not compatible with my Sonata 2013, are they wrong ?

    • @s33therfan
      @s33therfan  Год назад

      Their compatibility is often wrong they will work , now on the hybrid one of the bulbs is different . Thanks again.

  • @SleeplessinOC

    I’m wondering if a diagram I saw online was wrong because the high beam and low beams are labeled the opposite than what you’re calling low beam and high beam.

    • @s33therfan
      @s33therfan  Год назад

      High beams on the inside , and low beams on the outer location. Hope this helps.

    Do the DRL’s get by passed when you connect the high beam LED’s?

    • @s33therfan
      @s33therfan  2 года назад +1

      No , mine were not affected. They still come on and work fine. I also put some on a hybrid. The high and low beam are a little different from a gls. Thanks for watching.

    What was the led light that you use for the fog light?

    • @s33therfan
      @s33therfan  2 года назад

      The standard fog light bulb is a H8 , the LED list H8, H16,H11 as being the same . Thanks for the feedback.

      I got the lights off Amazon website in your description box link an those lights do not fit. Where did I go wrong?

    • @s33therfan
      @s33therfan  2 года назад

      I updated the links , I believe the old link was only for the high and low beam H7. I added the link for the fog lights . Just in case yours is a hybrid I also left a link to another video , as they are different. Hope this helps.

    Are they still working well?

    • @s33therfan
      @s33therfan  2 года назад

      They are working terrific. Not only are these a fraction of the cost of halogen, but you cannot get the same clear white light you do with Led , in my opinion. Thanks for watching.

    still pretty roomy to replace the bulbs on the sonata , on my elantra i have just enough room to take the cover off but still doable without removing the headlight or what ever is in the way. i don't change to led's , exactly the reason, not impressed with for the life span hours advertised...
