One of if not the best instructional videos I've seen on RUclips. I'm 79 and had no problem removing the bumper cover. Short, to the point and covers everything.
There are NO clips under the headlight. It's a metal bracket that the bumper snaps into. You might also want a clip removal tool. It's cheap. Gonna try myself from the bottom up only.

I only partially removed the bottom corner piece @1:45 then worked my hand inside. I didn't need to remove the bumper.
If I just need to fix one side can that be done without having to remove the whole bumper
Work smarter, not harder people. All of this is not necessary lol.
you can turn the wheel to make room to install the fog light, just partially remove the fender lining without taking out the bumper
