    Whole Eggs are a low-calorie food rich in protein and other nutrients. Eating whole eggs may support weight loss, especially if a person incorporates them into a calorie-controlled diet. Research suggests that whole eggs boost metabolic activity and increase feelings of fullness.

    Im 100lbs overweight. So if im hearing you right. The leaner the ground beef, the better for quicker fat loss. Just a little confused as i though i needed more healthy fats in my diet

      Healthy fats are good, but lower % fat ground beef is good for weight loss as it's less calories.

      You're totally right. Consume a little fat with each meal. It keeps you satisfied for longer and it's more forgiving than most people think. I lost a 100lbs doing this. Peanut butter, ground beef (grass fed) eggs, occasionally salmon, water and coffee and if I had cravings, I'd allow myself to have something but I wouldn't go crazy. I had cheat days once a week and I didn't workout at all. I kept myself in a calorie deficit and I intermittent fasted 20-4 2pm-6pm. You're You're hungry before or after, have something small and somewhat healthy. Also, sea salt is a must.

      I like the 20 hour fasting a day and will take your advice about adding a little fat. I started walking hills, so that is a great outdoor exercise. How long did it take you to lose 100lbs?

    I run 80/20 for cost. But once cooked I go into a colander and drain all the fat off. At that point would the potential fat content go down?

    • @ShayanGivehchian
      @ShayanGivehchian Год назад +3

      You're just draining away the cost difference. Might as well get 90% and save yourself a step. You can test the yield after draining and compare.

      Since no one actually answered your question… yes. There have been studies on this. Reduce more fat content by patting the meat with a paper towel after draining. Remove the most fat by rinsing the meat with water in the colander.

    I decided i wanted to change my life after i got sober. I was a heavy drinker and smoker, and also the only person i knew that got fat with a meth habit.
    Ive been clean and sober almost 2 and a half years. Quit cigarettes after 20 year habit. I clocked in at 320lbs.
    Started going to the gym and completely changed my diet year ago. Mostly rode stationery bike and the row machine. And went to 2 eggs and 10 oz of 93/7 ground beef a day. Coffee in the morning and water the rest of the day. Last week i clocked in at 194.
    I stumbled on this video while checking if anyone else had success with this method. Glad i found it.
    Also i can confirm, hotsauce works wonders.
