While I think the design is bad in terms to the amount of popcorn it hold, I still want it! You would think the popcorn would of been store at the head cos that is the biggest part of his body. Sure you would loose out on opening the month but still! Lastly they need to make another version as Typticon!
Okay so I'm old school, like super duper, late 70's, early 80's kid. And I'm not at all into this popcorn bucket craze. But my buddy got me this guy, Grimlock. And I can't understand for the life of me why anyone would want to put popcorn in this? It's a toy, no? An action figure? Something that should be on the shelf in the toy isle! I mean you can stick popcorn in a lot of toys, that doesn't mean they're designed to hold popcorn. And it's the furthest thing from a bucket. That little compartment and the back would be great for stashing individually wrapped candy or a wad of money, drug paraphernalia IDK? But popcorn seems like about the dumbest thing I could think of. Why ruin a perfectly good toy by sticking a buttery snack inside it???
I believe buttery popcorn might only be a thing in America? I’ve never seen theatre places pour butter on popcorn in the UK nor in HK, or Beijing where this popcorn bucket would have been sold. But I do understand that it’s more of a toy than anything else. Growing up visiting theme parks, toy shaped popcorn buckets were always a thing, it’s a novelty really.
