2023 Bridgestone CSBK - GP Bikes Pro Superbike - Round 2, Race 3

With Suzuki's #23 Alex Dumas sweeping the first 2 races in Shannonville at Round 1, the series moves on to the West Coast of Ontario in Grand Bend for Round 2.
BMW's #1 Ben Young finds himself behind early in the Championship but won both races here in 2022.

The first couple years they opened Grand Bend Raceway I remember doing track days and while accelerating down the straight we had a small plane either land besides us or take off besides us on the grassy asphalt part to the left (east) of the straight. Both the racing straight and the landing/take of area for the plane were (and still are) together. Only the grass part gives it away. I miss those days, It was awesome. Plane was for a parachute class. The 3rd year they had the plane land and take off between sessions. So many times I wanted to get right besides the plane and touch the wing ! I didn't want to go 100% all of the session so I kept it slower in the intermediate class. Then the intermediate sessions got taken over by the "Racers" and ruined it all.
