Just spray a lil WD-40 on it & all the ground wires. WD-40 is electrically conductive, it gets into everywhere without disassembling, do it once in a while prevent probs too. Had a bad ground on my wiper motor during a terrible rain storm, pulled into garage... old timer mechanic just sprayed WD40 on the contacts...fixed the prob instantly

I've personally found that corrosion is a sign of either shit connections or a battery dying

dont put Vaseline on your battery, mice will get in your engine bay and total out your car by chewing all the wires. Happened to me.
