Popsicles are so enjoyable when eaten slowly to avoid brain freeze. But not so slowly that it melts and drips.
I am always able to finish a popsicle, even in winter.
Fudgsicles are also very good.

The best way to prevent brain freeze is to not let the popsicle/ice cream touch the roof of your mouth.
And if it does, take a sip of very warm water and hold it in your mouth for a few seconds to counteract it.

Really ridiculously simple, yet incredibly blissful on a hot and humid day! I've frozen beer and made beer popsicles for my dad one summer. I've also made iced tea popsicles. They come in lemon/lime, orange, grape, root beer, mango, coconut, watermelon, banana, etc.

Popsicles are a good sweet treat if you are on a diet and trying to watch calories. It is satisfying without adding a lot of extra calories like many other desserts. We from Western countries also have snow cones or shave ice which is the fine ice in a cup or paper cone with flavored syrup poured onto it.
