@@pickupgardening95 So, my Desert Rose has a lot of flowers and it has been raining here lately. I live in Frankfort, KY. When would be the time to prune it due to all the flowers and the rain?

Best time of pruning is early summer, can prune during winter but growth will be very slow and the worst time is rainly season....plant can suffer from root rot

What is the powder you brush on the cuts? An antifungal powder of some kind I assume? But what kind? I have used cinnamon. Is the blue powder better than cinnamon?

It is fungicide, for fungus attack chemicals are better than cinnamen or any other product. ..
