Monster Power AVS2000 problem. Alarm sounding (high pitch noise)

You had a High Pitch noize ...I have an ocassionally a real BUZZ with the unit ON or OFF but the unit Turns On.... any idea what can be? thanks

I just found an APC surge protector battery back up (Although no battery) at Goodwill and it's making this noise. Where do you get the fuse at?
