Anyways, good video of what a EAS might be like since we used to watch TV on channels back in the 2000s or 80s.
I shut AMBER alerts off on my phone for this exact reason. It woke me up at 3am on multiple occasions with that blaring EAS alarm. It’s 3am and I’m in bed…the odds of me helping find a kidnapped child is next to 0. During hours when I actually might be able to help, i get the alert on my TV or radio anyway.

I remember it was like 5 am and the tv got the alert and it said there was a gas leak that happened in the area I was in and everyone needed to evacuate immediately. It felt like the alert went onfor too long.I went to wake my mom up and as soon as I left the room it finally went off. What weirded me out was that it didn't say like it was a practice drill or anything, everything just went back to normal. Later that morning I asked my mom if her phone gave her an alert but she said no. It could have most likely been a practice drill but that memory has always made me feel uneasy.

After we heard this broadcast, we took buckets from the storage room and used them as a helmet, when we loaded our freedom dispensers we heard the windows break and someth8ng was in the house, we rushed to the bedroom, barricading the doors and windows, we hid ourselves in the corner of the room. A. Minute ticks closer to midnight, we can still hear it outside our room,it broke through the barricade, revealing its dark disgusting body with a pair of disturbing eyes, we repeatedly started spiitin out freedom at an incredible rate, it retreated back to the corridor, we advanced with caution, 2 of the lads brought their machetes out and chased after it, we joined them, the creature tripped, we shot it again, and it jumped out of the window never for us to encounter again. -Thomas B. Hey weather watcher! I do use an app called capcut, theres a certain font i use, its a download and its called Modenine.
