The keto version of the atho is called Pangha - easily the winner IMHO. Ibrahim atho shop is far too spicy for my taste. And I can take a good bit of heat, it just seems to be the wrong kind for my taste. There is one on the same street at the southern corner - no name, but far better IMHO. While all this looks amazing, I wish Indian people would start trending towards healthier foods. Indian people already lead in high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, etc. Most curries are made with coconut milk, which is horrible for cholesterol. Most moms/aunties use a ton of ghee (clarified butter) in all their dishes as well. Not to mention the amount of carbs that are eaten. Rice, rotli, naan, dosa, etc.
do you genuinely think that India's growing obesity problems are somehow the result of coconut milk, clarified butter, and traditional food in general (which is known to be particularly time consuming to prepare - in general), and not, surprise surprise, the growing consumption of fast food and packaged, ready-made fully processed foods/meals? Your comment is so wrong on so many levels that I had to write :D Starting from your lack of contextual information, inability to understand complex processes over time, moving on towards your extreme arrogance and attitude (ofc, you personally have the right/knowledge to advice "indians" - all the billions of them).
