- I recently learned about Discadas and their popularity in Mexico. I thought it was super cool that you can cook on something that was previously a tool on a tractor to plow the land. I told my stepfather (Bill) about it and said it would be cool to make one. Bill has several antique tractors and is into old equipment, farming, etc... Next thing you know he actually made a discada for me!!! Not only did he make it for me but he engraved BC 305 on the bottom. I can't thank him enough. It is definitely one of the nicest things anyone has ever done for me. Thanks Bill!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dude, I frickin love the tractor plow disc cooker! Those things are in the metal recycle dumpster at work sometimes. Next time I see one Im gonna grab one and make me one too! Thanks for the video man! I subscribed btw!

I may be wrong, but i think its just called a “Disco”. The finished product, combination of different meats and such, is the actual “Discada”. Great video. Keep on making them. Thank you for sharing. Fyi: not trying to be disrespectful.

Cooking with Big Cat 305 Thanks, 1981 Jeep CJ-8. The kid in the window is my baby nephew (not a baby anymore Hi Hi) . Yeah look for Taquiza next. The same thing but you make tacos. Usually for group of people. You can make them on that disco. Some people go as far as making the Disco upside down and welding a lip around it . You’ll see if you search for it. Awesome video thank you! This is called different names depending on your location. It's a Discada, Cowboy wok, and Disco or A Disco, probably because food that good, can make you want to dance 💃🕺
In my travels, I've eaten street foods cooked on large disc, woks, etc... in India, Japan, Jamaica, and a few other places the discs can be the same or slightly different, but it seems as if the cooks always deliver yummy goodness! Keep the yummy 😋 vids coming.
