Jambalaya in the Cowboy Wok

A simple Jambalaya recipe to serve 15 to 20 people. Bacon, Chicken, Sausage, Shrimp, Rice with Creole Seasonings. The 24" plow disk cooker or Disco de Arado is made by Maverick Fabrication out of Fort Worth. www.maverickfab... . The lid is a 24" lid for a 140 qt stock pot. Yakima1 I did and it made is so much easier just being able to cook 1 meat at a time and pull it off to the side until I was ready to mix them all! It changed my life lol

I just ordered a 24" with a 1" rim from maverick fabrication as well as a 140 at stock pot lid from Amazon all because of your videos. Can't wait to season it and get cooking some of your recipes. Of course I hit subscribe!!! Please keep making disc recipes!!!!

Does the lid come with the disc? I looked on the Maverick website and didn't see any mention of lids. Is that an extra add-on purchase?

No they did not make lids for the cowboy walk or the Disco
