I wonder if it was intentional that Lorne tells the deaf guy "if you still feel raw about it when you heal up, come see me", which is almost identical to a statement made by the Uma Thurman character in "Kill Bill". Uma says "...when you grow up, if you still feel raw about it, I'll be waiting". Similar enough to my ears.
I've literally never heard an American say "eh" at the end of every sentence. I always assumed its a Hollywood invention, just like how every British person sounds like they're from a very specific part of London
Somehow I thought this was the last episode. So, a year later right before season 2 comes out, I decide to rewatch season 1 and notice it’s 10 episodes and can’t believe I didn’t finish the season. I thought it ended on an ambiguous note but was glad it had more story.
@@henrimarjoan7876 I didn't have cable at the time so went off-script to get the episodes., so to speak. With the 1-year time jump in episode 8, I figured that was the last episode.
O M G Z. After having watched this (specific season) AND "Kill Bill, vol. 1" more than a handful of times each...it wasn't until JUST NOW - watching you guys react to this - that I realized Lorne's line to Mr. Wrench in his hospital room was probably an homage to the line that Beatrix Kiddo delivers to the daughter of the first assassin she kills in "Kill Bill, vol. 1". (After having just killed the girl's mother in front of her...), "When you grow up, if you still feel raw about it, I'll be waiting."
I love how at the start of the series, Lester seemed to be the new version of William H. Macy's character from the movie, but instead of staying pathetic and not getting away with anything, Lester succeeds in deceiving everyone and becomes the most confident guy in the world.
Lester is a great example of that line in "Darkknight" "Or live long enough to become the villain". He went from the meek underdog you kind of felt sorry for to an unlikable coward/antagonist I can't wait to see get caught/killed.
@tomarnold7284 Me too! But then it's on to Season 2 (I hope)! As much as I love Season 1 I love Season 2 even more. I watched each season of "Fargo" as they aired. But when this channel started their reactions I rewatched 1 & 2. I'd forgotten some of the finer details so it all seemed fresh again. Really enjoying their reactions & commentary. Also getting a kick out of the comments section for each episode.💫💫
The story of the guy from Africa might not be as nice as you think. The best theory I've heard is that this man (who is clearly not a kid) was caught stealing and Bill in his innocense and naivety assumed he must be the lost Sudanese child he "adopted" (likely a scam he fell for). The man, not wanting to face criminal charges, goes along with the story.
You guys should definitely watch Barry, it's amazing and seems right up your alley: both dark and hilarious, revolves around crime and has crazy quality. I'd say it's right up there with Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul and Fargo for the best crime shows with dark humour and drama
I see that you guys have not seen Season Three yet. In my opinion in terms of the seasons of this show--There are no dogs. Season Three has the return of the Deaf Hitman as an intregal part of it.

Lorne doesn't watch a movies though.
"That was a crazy episode", just wait till the next one! Great reactions as usual!
Aces.
Love that you guys are watching this and cant wait for the next seasons as well.
As a Canadian I can confirm that ''Eh'' is Canadian and not Minnesotan, but our accents are extremely similar.
You totally missed the opportunity to say “…but our accents are aboot the same”
I've literally never heard an American say "eh" at the end of every sentence.
I always assumed its a Hollywood invention, just like how every British person sounds like they're from a very specific part of London
And as a Canadian I can confirm no one says “eh” except a very small particular minority of Canada on the east coast.
Ontario here. Eh is quite common lol
The upper peninsula of Michigan, northern Wisconsin and Northern Minnesota all have a little bit of a Canadian in their accents
Samantha's disgust towards Lester made this one of my favorite reactions! Hahaha. Great episode.
I'm on the edge of my seat. Can't wait for them to see the rest of the season this show is just..... Exceptional#

Thats so funny :D
That's awesome. Im curious. Did you enjoy the real finale more than the episode 8 ending?

@@nateg3998 To avoid spoilers for TBR (although I think they watched it all by now) I'll just say yes.
yeah, i also hesitated am i really watching the episode 8. because it looks like an ending that coen brothers could've use.
Seeing Sam so happy about Molly and Gus was so heartwarming !
Lorne malvo is a gawddamn menace to society 😂😂
Malvo admired Mr Wrench as a worthy opponent. He was being chivalrous
O M G Z.

This show is amazing. So happy for Gus and Molly ❤
This episode blew my mind in 2014...the wait until the next episode killed me! Your reactions have taken me back to then. Thank you!
F yeah! That's for the uploads still, i know you extra busy now
I love this season, even though I can't remember anything about it except Lester's final moments. A satisfying enough memory though!
Lester is a great example of that line in "Darkknight" "Or live long enough to become the villain". He went from the meek underdog you kind of felt sorry for to an unlikable coward/antagonist I can't wait to see get caught/killed.
untill he went back to the bar with the award.. i was rooting for him tbh
Only two more episodes! I hate to see it ends bcs Fargo is by far your best reaction video! I'm like waiting for it by the hour! 🎉
@tomarnold7284

Season 2 is the best season! You can look forward to that.
This season is some exceptional TV! I really enjoyed seeing Molly morph into Margie.
For me this is the best crime drama ever.

I think that is very much what is implied there.
talk about a hook into the next episode, love this series
*Lawn Mowlvo. oh its also 'The brother Nygaard', not 'Lester's brother'.
10:28 Guy wanted to experiment and try some male to mail action!
6:12 "yuk." 🥴
8:06
“Well, you’re in (urine) trouble…”
I hope that was on purpose 🤣
What a TV Show😳😀😃👍
This show took me a while to finish, started in college and took a long time before finishing the season
Note to self: Must go to logging festival.
😂😂😂
Will you be reacting to season 2? This has been good so far.
I have been waiting for you guys to get to this episode! I remember watching this for the first time and seeing that jump like, "Wait? What!!??"
12:54 Sam's knowing look here is priceless. 🤣
This is what I've always called a transition episode.
You guys should definitely watch Barry, it's amazing and seems right up your alley: both dark and hilarious, revolves around crime and has crazy quality. I'd say it's right up there with Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul and Fargo for the best crime shows with dark humour and drama
Yes!!
Here we go;!
I know right... Lol
10:10 Yaaah
Never leave the house without a stapler.
It’s remarkable how much a good stapler will boost your self confidence.
When Samantha said "Does he try To be A dentist" The Steve Martin's "I'm A dentist" song from little Shop of Horror started To echo in my mind😂
Thanks for the video!! See you later!!; Stay safe.😊
Tiberius Benjamin Raoul ?
Nailed it
What black an white show was Molly and Gus watching in bed?
SPEAKING OF GHOSTBUSTERS… Looking forward to GB2 and GB Afterlife 😎🚨🚫👻🚫🚨😎
I think the million dollars in the snow con connects to the film
I hated, hated, hated Bob Odenkirk’s character in this series. Had a boss just like him.
I hated Molly when I watched this. 😒
