    What kind of laser cutter are you using? Do you have make/model? Thank you!!

      We are using a 30 watt galvo CO2 laser on this. It comes from a company called XT laser.

      Yeah, this was a co2 laser with a galvo head.

    Not sure why you glue up the bend wood BEFORE putting it around the ring core. The initial veneer bending it to get it in the ballpark. When dry, glue it around the ring core. The way you do it has extra unnecessary work.

      Thanks for the comment! The way I do it has a tension or pressure fit with the bentwood meaning it will hold better than just glue. If using only glue and not pressure it will more likely come off sooner.
