Can someone tell me why these people cover their plates? Doesn't that make them look suspicious to authorities who would in turn be more likely to stop them?
I've always thought the same too surely covered plates stick out like a sore thumb where as plates saying you are on the naughty folks list are more discrete.
Automatic plate reading cameras maybe or speed cameras? Do they use those in Russia?
Is it not an offense to obstruct or partially obstruct your license plate in Russia?
Of course it's suspect, nobody is that stupid surely. It's a complex subject and in my opinion, that part is staged.
It's for automated cameras. If a cop did stop them they'd just say sorry it was a decoration and they didn't mean to obscure their plate. I'm guessing they don't get stopped often or they wouldn't bother.

This group knows *exactly* what they're doing. They don't take any shit from anyone. They control the conversation, they avoid being sucked into pointless discussions. They stick to their points and use direct language and firm tone. Notice how nobody attacks these guys, except for that one driver grabbing at the camera... People see it in their faces: Don't fuck with us.... Yea, these guys know their shit. (Which doesn't surprise me, because I think they used to deal with public drunks before they joined up with SPB).

Hello Stopxam people. Good work! I would suggest to lift the windscreen wiper into the lock out position when offenders turn on the wiper to prevent you placing a sticker. You can the put the wiper back into position after the sticker. Cheers.

I live in Northern Ireland, where vast majority of folks park wherever they want. I don't mean Belfast "metropoly" here, but smaller, province towns. And you know what? Nobody has a problem with it unless it stops the traffic. Naturally you have yellow lines in city centres etc, where you can be fined for this, but outside of the area, let's say closer to schools this happens all the time and no one makes a problem about it, especially that these are parents waiting for their children.
Simply "Live and let live". Totally different world.

Set up the plastic road blocker with a tank inside that can be opened when run into. Fill it with a biodegradable paint or something like that to dye and/or ruin the car. Those exploding dye packs used in banks are something to look into when you get run over.

It still amazes me how dirty some of these cars are. Like I get it snows and your cars gets dirty as a result because I live in an area that shows but some of these people never have washed their car in what seems like years! To me that's nuts. I'm a car guy but I try to wash my car at least once a week, weather permitting. Idk how can you drive something that looks like it had a fresh coat of mud put on it 5 weeks ago...
