You obviously haven't seen the numerous other videos where they tell people that they would have helped them to carry groceries, luggage, boxes, etc., if they would have left the sidewalk without throwing a temper tantrum. How would it look if they suddenly said, "No, we're not going to help you."? So, the second guy went to help. You should be more willing to help people instead of jumping to a negative conclusion about everyone.
