I went to the Border check point town saw the cart wonder if I could hide in it and ended up crossing the town… then my dumb ass talks to the driver he starts screaming and I get arrested, so free trip to the Bakbattahl Jail 😂

The funniest part is I got an achievement that says crossing the border and the automatic screenshot is the cart smuggling me into the bathal border 😂😂😂😂
but in order for captain Bryant to give you the card you have to finish like 5 quests so it's time consuming. If you ride the big black cart you can illegally go after the gate of battal and then just run to bakbattal.
I mean yea but what you have to go through after the checkpoint just to get to bakbattahl is insane lol if your trying to get to bakbattahl as fast as possible specially if your trying to get the magic archer quest immediately this is definitely the fastest route.
Wtf man i took my route illegally at first then i did it the legit way but never new there was a third way im definitely gonna use this for my new game plus to get to the dragon forged mainley cause i have over 600 wyrmcrystals not allot to some people but want those buffs and weapons/armor
So misleading lol. This way has caves full of hobgoblins which can’t be avoided. Rolling lizards on narrow ledges. And so much more 😂It’s a shorter route sure but if you include how many times your going to die it’s better to take the long way 😋
This route is not difficult what so ever, I went through it without dying with no problem. Now if you fight the drake who’s in front of the cave and your low level then yes you will die 😂😂
Nah man its definitely cause their racist lol Thats why its advised to wear a beastrand mask so you look like them cause they don't like pawns and humans. Ser Manella talks about this as well.
Did you just say "thousands of hours" to be able to kill a drake? Are you playing as trickster only with no pawns? I killed my first one at level 30 it was kinda tough but I didn't die once. They aren't that difficult.
I was exaggerating lol I know it doesn’t take thousands of hours of playtime to be able to kill a drake. But yes at around level 30 killing a drake is definitely difficult and very easy for you to die even with pawns. Mainly if you don’t have good enough weapons yet too cause that plays a factor.
I don't recall encountering a chimera in the caves. Definitely fought a cyclops but they're easy to kills. I believe the long route will for sure cause more of a headache.
@MercifulKev yea but it's no big deal I put a portcrystal in Bakbattahl I'll just fast travel there when I have the quest but damn it fealt so good not to deal with those tough enemies durring my route to there lol
This is definitely the least time-consuming route as the other alternate route has multiple boss encounters and tough mobs, and of course, the gate is tied with a quest. This route is great!

I went to bathal after 20h, went in by hiding inside a kart

Funny Thing. Even with a mask you need a passagecard to travel (il)legal into Battal.

Why not just take the ox cart to checkpoint rest town and sneak into battahl in the fancy oxcart that goes through the gates? Worked for me.
Whatever works best for you, as for me I found it best to avoid going all the way over there as a whole and took this shortcut to bakbattahl.
