I like the steel on both sides of the cut off wheels, I don't know if it makes a difference, but it looks quality. I also like that the flap wheels are tapered back so you can actually use the whole disk without spacing it out with washers.
Would be nice to get some of the 24V FLEX NA Tools, in Germany they only offer it in 18V.
So, I was randomly offered your video and I think It's great. I did not know about these disks. What I thought was interesting is that the Work Sharp sharpener offers disks with "slots" in then for the reason of being able to see what you're doing. I have made a learning connection. What could be better??

Fun fact: In hungary we actually refer to an angle grinder as 'a flex' kinda like you call a rotary tool a dremmel in english. The other meaning of flex as in something you are proud of/like to brag about has also recently became part of the langauge so there is plenty of pun potential for us power tool fans when we are asked what our biggest flex is.
