I really appreciated this video content, I am retired and almost to reach the age of 70 years young. There was a zone that you touched on, that resonates with me, it was about co-signing for a loan for a family member, however this was a number of years ago, she asked me to co-sign for the loan, I flat out refused it because I knew that she would not be able to pay it, she was not happy with me, because I didn’t give it to her request. So in a nutshell, never co-sign for anyone , even if it is family members
That was a wise decision-you protected your financial well-being while setting healthy boundaries. It’s never easy to say no, but you did what was best for both of you in the long run. Well done!
I tell my kids "You made your bed now you lay in it" they have known and experienced that since childhood, they know not to ask me for money, and they have taught themselves to be responsible or suffer reaping what they sow.
I’ve been a victim to advertisements for skin care, gut health , and like you said they hardly provided any significant improvement. Some product I even had allergic reactions to. It was a waste of my money. Also, being so vain I’ve spent too much of my money on clothing so I can still look attractive at 78. It’s silly to think that would make me feel good about myself. I now realize If you believe God loves you regardless of your age or appearance then you will be at peace with yourself. Thank you for your straight forwardness in pointing out the wrong things some of us do after we turned 70 . Your videos are truly insightful! If I stop wasting my retirement money on unnecessary spending my life will be a lot richer 😂
Forget constipation tablets! Just eat curried beans washed down with a cheap cooking wine. You'll fire long, stinking, loud farts followed by enormous craps.
It’s great that you’ve gained clarity about what truly matters. Self-acceptance and living within your means are such wise lessons. Thank you for sharing your journey!
When I start watching your videos, I look to see if you have finally put the subject matter into separate chapters. Once I discover that you have not, I leave

Haha, that’s certainly a bold and amusing suggestion! Keeping humor alive at any age is a gift. 😂
Never, *never NEVER* co-sign a loan with anyone!
Absolutely agree! Co-signing a loan can lead to so many complications-staying firm on this is a wise choice.
