Life is a precious gift we only experience once, so cherish it by embracing health and finding true meaning in every moment.

I’d undoubtedly prefer to be younger, but I’d never relive my twenties or thirties. Absolutely not. I’ve grown to appreciate the wisdom of the fifties.

You only get one life, so make it count by living healthily and with purpose.

I am 72. I have ALL the peace I need and more. Why would I desire peace when I already have it?! Nothing do I need nor require of this evil world. I am on an Island surrounded by an ocean full of evil. But when I am an island created by God I want for nothing! I SOOO look forward to leaving this world surrounded by evil! But in all things, in God's time.

I understand how it might seem that way, but the idea isn’t about cutting ties with family without reason. It’s more about setting boundaries with anyone-family included-who might negatively affect your peace or well-being. Old age is a time to prioritize emotional health and surround yourself with positivity. Sometimes, that means loving certain people from a distance.
