I still old friends, although the numbers have dwindled down, BUT I have a few NEW friends that I really enjoy. I will say this, YOU better have a few friends at 70 because "Social contact" is extremely vital and important to your mental health. I have a few friends I have lunch with or walk the dog with. to have little or no social contact or friends/family is simply not healthy.
I’m retired, I’ve limited my exposure to people… BUT, when I do go into the crowd, places I can hold my own… I’m in the Element of my choosing, I CAN RELATE TO THE SOCIAL SETTING …. I do like interact with people Different Ages are a challenge ( people under 55 ) at least I think you need to take things slower than before, GUARDED Make it your own pace !!!!! It’s all good, a person can pick n choose…. WHAT !!! peace n quiet 🤫 😀 OK

Thanks for sharing!!
Friendship is not about quantity but about depth and sincerity.
Keep good friends and family; distance from those negative and toxic friends and family.
Thank you, I will
