On some TVs you have to press fast forward instead of reverse. I’ve been pressing reverse for 10 minutes without it turning off until I went to a different guide that said fast forward.

Hi, there are some delays in turning on/off some TVs, take your time and do it again, wait a few seconds to see if your TV responds before pushing another button

Hi, you don't need to do anything after stop. Press TV after that only once to check if your remote is working. If not, just take your time and do it again, take your time,

Very helpful - I’m stuck on the reverse button part . It’s been a few minutes of pressing every 5 seconds and nothing is happening. Same remote fresh batteries I’ve made sure it’s still set to TV. Any suggestions?
It’s a long list of tv models it has to go thru. If it doesn’t work pressing reverse button, you can do the same beginning steps the press the forward button instead. And you should get same result but hopefully sooner.
@@rudaprophet2032 If I hadn't read your comment, I would have given up. I was stuck on the reverse part too. I then started all over again and pressed forward once and tv turned off, so I pressed stop. Everything is working normal now. Thanks a lot.
I did the exact steps, and it worked like you said, turned on tv after continously pressing play, and off after pressing reverse then stop. But it just didnt work for some reason, I have a Toshiba Tv
Hi, this should work on all devices TVs, DVS etc... Just do it again. Once you finish setting up your remote, press TV button again once to activate the TV option.

Remove the batteries, then press and hold the number 1 key on the remote for 20 seconds to reset the microprocessor inside the remote. Release the number 1 key, reinstall the batteries, and press the ON•OFF key. If it lights up, reprogram the remote and try again.

Hi, just make sure you press the TV button once. Once your remote is all set up, just press the TV button once in a while because it might switch accidently to a different component like DVD for example,

I got Hisense 50 inch smart doing everything right and it won’t work tv turns on and off but after off the remote won’t do anything I’ve tried everything what am I missing ?

I have a m96 android box and it goes throew the process and turns it off and on but after I save it, only 2 buttons work and theuy arent the correct buttons....any thoughts as I cant find the codes for the android box remote anywhere and don't know what company makes them....
