  • We discuss the importance of a good trigger and what actually constitutes that...and why a striker fired trigger will never be the best trigger. We also discuss the upcoming Deadly Force Flowchart - KWTL Zoom Seminar.

What is a good trigger? Shadow 2 or a Langdon LTT Elite B92.
Dan Wesson Heritage is sweet also.
Yep on the Glock Armorer's school.
It is really about liability protection for departments.

So if the CZ-75 double-action trigger is a smooth 7 pounds, as anyone chosen to make it double-action only like a good revolver?
You could put the safety on while reholstering for safety, and then take the safety off while it's in the holster. (I understand that you wouldn't do it, but maybe as an alternative for someone who might otherwise use a Glock with a New York Trigger.)

IDK...I have no desire to do that but since SIG and Beretta did it...I bet CZ could be done that way.

If I were ever to choose a DA/SA I would choose a model that has no thumb "safety." "I will just keep the safety off then pretend it is not there." is not worth the risk. Those levers have their way of being knocked or swiped "on" or "off" without you knowing it at the worst moment.
