@@eddiewright2048 it all starts with the first call.. sit down and decide that you are going to call 10 agents. Pick up the phone and don't set it down till you have called all 10. It's ok if you mess up.. if you want, pick a completely different market to call and practice on them.. you will never talk to them again but you have to get used to it. its like everything else in life, at first it seems complicated and then it will get easier but the longer you wait the bigger the monster will get in your head LOL.. I get it I promise.. I've done over 1,600 wholesale deals and I remember in the beginning I was scared to call sellers who responded to my marketing. You just have to do it.. I promise you, the other side is so worth the journey.. the rewards are worth that llittle bit of uncomfortable that you will feel... and when you are ready.. we'd be happy to help you get those deals closed so that you can deposit that first check.. that first one feels AMAZING! Just don't quit.. you are so close..

Great stuff! I really need this being im not a detail oriented person. I have a question for DAVID...So, my prefered closing strategy for wholesaling is the LLC method. Does your team handle the LLC transfer when selling the entity to my cash buyer before the closing takes place? The paperwork for doing that seems so daunting and Im an out of state investor so I won't be at the settlement. That alone is worth the price. Thanks!

I"m a TC! If an agent is involved they are most likely representing the sellers side. If you are buying a property you can bring your TC in to help with the transaction for you, and they can help organize the entire deal. They will work with and communicate with the sellers agent as necessary.
Hi jerry, encountered an issue with propwire. I search Preforclosures and it shows me theres 0 but then I search low equity and only get preforclosures and the only type of low equities I get are also some that are supposedly in preforclosures. Is it just automatically listing low equities as preforclosures?
Uh, hello… most investors that have worked with lenders are used to being charged for processing, which is the same thing as what the TCs are doing. No question that the fee should be paid by the buyer.
I'm a TC. We don't actually fill out the contracts for you, but we help you through the process, then handle all communication, addendums, title, keeping track of deadlines, due dates etc after the contract is completed by you.

I booked an appointment and they couldn't really help me unless I was a student, invested on marketing, or had a contract already.
Does ezREIClosings offer a Purchase and sale agreement, an assignment of contract, a JV agreement and a addendum of contract for new wholesalers?
