Just research your ass off and make sure to take notes, like physical notes, take it from someone whow as also interested in RE at 16. I'm 20 now and am just now getting back into it but luckily for me i wrote everything down, so even tho i made some stupid mistakes and lost my path, i was able to pick up my notebook and learn everything again a lot faster than if i would have had to restart the researching process over again. During all of this, work, work, work, work, and work. Just stack your cash. then when youre 18 if you are confident enough you can invest. BTC's price has been fluctuating over the previous days, signaling that the market has become unstable and that is it impossible to anticipate whether it will go bearish or bullish. I’m from the UK and really struggle with money, when I said to my family and said that I wanted to start real estate and move to LA and be like people from Selling Sunset on Netflix, I was told I couldn’t do it and I was just being silly, it was just a dream… that it wasn’t going to happen and I believe them.

it's 10% a year. doesn't mean you have to pay them off in a year. and you have to pay them off with work, because the deals are not gonna cash flow by themselves at first

it’s a personal decision, but according to Forbes, housing activities will remain stagnant for the most part of the year, so maybe hold off a little.
well you could put a downpayment on a home and as well diversify as much as you can into Ai and pharm. stocks like Pfizer and JnJ.
Certain Ai companies are rumoured to be overvalued and might cause a market correction, I’d suggest you go with a managed portfolio, but even those don’t perform so well, so it’s best you reach out to a proper fiduciary to guide you, that’s what works for my spouse and I.

As a 16 year old interested in real estate, I don’t get looked at seriously. What would you think would be the best route to get started. I want to understand how to get off the ground. I’ve watched tons of your videos and this has inspired me.
Just research your ass off and make sure to take notes, like physical notes, take it from someone whow as also interested in RE at 16. I'm 20 now and am just now getting back into it but luckily for me i wrote everything down, so even tho i made some stupid mistakes and lost my path, i was able to pick up my notebook and learn everything again a lot faster than if i would have had to restart the researching process over again. During all of this, work, work, work, work, and work. Just stack your cash. then when youre 18 if you are confident enough you can invest. Ofc this is a very simple explanation but you will find your path along the way. Good luck homie
