Did you miss the Temp Sensor. Got to keep that clean and I had a issue with my Temps because of it. I set it to 200 and the temp inside was 250 jacked my brisket up. lol

When you wiped down the outside of the grill did you use any cleaning solution? ie:Citrusafe? good video

Good morning, I honestly went to ace hardware and they had a box of black gloves. You can also order from amazon.
