I am so glad to have discovered you. You are going to blow up big time. This is so informative and educational and its exactly my type of content. Looking forward to an in depth video on tyrosinase inhibitors one day.
What are your thoughts on skinvive? It seems to be every injectors answer to lip lines and sagging jowls 😟 Oh my gosh I can’t stop watching your videos! I love your honesty 😊 Thank you.
Dear Doctor, God bless you for spending your time on detailed explanations, I need to rewatch it 20 times to digest the info. Could you please provide your opinion on PLLA 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻, it’s sooooo popular, especially aesthophil. I have heard really good reviews on PLLA and wanted to make an appointment with my injector , but now I feel I need to hear your opinion first. Thank you soooo much❤
Absolutely fantastic video. Totally agree with the information you present here and the need for change in the field to be more evidence based and informed. In terms of the video would be great if you could add sections that you could skip between or re-refer to for future reference.
I HAVE HAD BOTOX ON MY FOREHEAD FOR PRONOUNCED FROWN MUSCLES OVER 10 YEARS AGO AND NOW I HAVE HEAVY DROOPY BROWS AND EYE LIDS. WHAT IS YOUR SUGGESTION ON CORRECTING THESE PROBLEMS.
I’d love to hear your detailed opinion on Vitamin C skincare products. Company’s like Obagi and Skinceuticals claim to have the best and stable formula for Ascorbic Acid. I personally prefer Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate but it’s not as a popular or well known version of Vitamin C. Would be interested to hear your thoughts.
When will Sunekos be available in USA? I’m a nurse but currently refuse to inject filler because of the lack of long term benefits. Now I’m interested in learning more about Sunekos and can’t wait for it to be available in USA 🙌🏼
Soooooo basically you just explained why my immune system attacked the filler when I got covid and why it continues to attack the filler if I get more…. 🤔
This account is amazing, thank you so much for sharing with us! What are your thoughts about Nexfill products compared to the ones you are recommending?
Hey Dr Abs, I’m interested to know, say you go for a filler top up but this time you select a different brand of filler with different HA molecular weights, will that change the arrangement or weights or composition when it’s mixed with the other filler negatively or positively ? or will it stay the same for both
I would say negatively. You now have two different things eliciting immune reactions and the reaction from one could make it worse for the other. Great question!
Could you possibly do a video though where you explain when we’re looking at the specs of these fillers how to know other than just looking for the particle size? How are we to know which one are likely to pull in the water which ones though they might many of them say Med or medium or deep or volume like what is the best way when looking at the specs to know for sure, or we’re not just a general role or different websites have different information than the next and with the product some of them you know with them being from so many different locations parts of the world often times because the information is not able to be compared because it’s not apples to apples. Thank u
The other day I was watching a video where an injector was I think he was doing a live, and he was explaining how he and Jack he was showing the cannula to those who didn’t know about a blunt cannula, and he was tapping the end of it against his glove And someone criticized him saying basically how dare you? Why would you contaminate the tool that you’re about to use? He responded with the same type of information that you’re giving us now about the bacteria that are not sterile products so that’s why you clean the skin and then inject it. Kind of blew my mind and could you, expand on if it makes sense your gloves are not sterile right so I think that’s his point maybe that it’s not surgery so it’s not the same as the same type of it’s not basically it’s just I think that people get confused?? Maybe you’re actually going to answer the question already!
Yea. U gotta simplify this I notice some use monophasic and some u biphasic for BDDE but some use new ways other than that I don’t know where or how we’d know which of the daggone fillers hold water BADLY or not. 😢
How much importance is a CE certification? Is it similar to FDA approval? Does the brand Tesoro use the type of technology that you are referring to? Are Body Fillers generally a lower quality? Thank you for such wonderful education. it is truly refreshing.
CE shows safety first and foremost unless I'm mistaken. It's important on its own, but I guess not in a comparitive view seeing as they basically all have them anyway. FDA approval in fillers doesn't really mean much for me to be honest, the FDA have had articles written about them showing the level of corruption in the organisation. Also, you have fillers used regularly in Europe without fda and all is well. I get the feeling FDA approval is a great way to make money rather than anything else - it costs upwards of 7 figures to get it I think. I'm not sure what tesoro is - googled it and some jewellery came up 😂 For body fillers, it's not necessarily that they are a lower quality, I think it's possible they're the same quality as face ones for the manufacturers that make them too. But I don't rate many face filler manufacturers either as you can probably tell from the video. And you're very welcome 😁
So are u saying that over doing ha injections that contain polysaccharides and proteins put us at higher risk for rapid cell creation and change Possibly increasing a cancer risk ??
What do you recommend doing in my position Dr I have juvederm volux, volift and voluma in my face for nearly 2 years now I had no idea that it was so bad 2 years ago I wish I saw this video then before I got it 😢 and it hasn’t dissolved in the slightest :( the risk of dissolving seems to be to great for me which presents a whole another set of risks that doctors are not really acknowledging I feel Stuck :(
The risk for dissolving is relative because it depends how you dissolve. I've dissolved juvederm many times with no issues whatsoever. I'd find someone who can ultrasound the filler to check how much there is and then potentially dissolver under ultrasound too
@@Dr_Abswouldn’t it be safer or better to let it wear off naturally lots of ppl report skin laxity, damage to the smas layers, immune system reactions to this enzyme it’s scared me I’m not having any issues with the juvederm I don’t want to make a mistake, and doctors are gaslighting patients that the enzyme Dosent damage them but there thousands of systemic damage that is being ignored
I explained in great detail in the video why people experience damage with it and why I've never caused any. I also explain the issue of leaving it in there
Thank you. Also, in a few sentences or bullet points, based on your knowledge of how these products work, can you outline the long term negative effects of keeping fillers like revolax sub q in one's face? @@Dr_Abs
Amazing pool of information for my young pratice. It will definitely impact the choice of material and treatment options I will offer. Thank you for this amazing piece of work!
there’s no way for me to source revanesse in india. There’s juv volux and voluma and restylene here, my requirement would need about 4ml total on gonions. What are your thoughts ?
I'd probs travel somewhere with decent fillers then. Realise that you're going to have a biological relationship here with whatever is injected into your face. Is compromosing worth it when you understand all the info about HA in this video?
Thank you so much for the time, energy and work you did to make this video to educate us and I've never done fillers. I just want to educate myself and if I was in london I would be at your place asap. With the morons running the world and WW3 is their goal traveling overseas isn't wise now.
Complete waste of time for me personally. The calcium means you still only make collagen in types 1 and 3 just like everything else so I don't think it's anything unique. I'd rather use Revanesse filler with Sunekos in the skin overlying.
@@Cinderellabellaella LOL Im happy i gave you info but sad for the clinic's late cancellation haha. Go for just normal filler and then skin improvement on top is my advice.
I'm glad I came across your channel in time😂 thank you! Here in Norway HarmonyCa, total skin solution and this new Gouri is really hyped. And the best clinics all do them. The cosmetic world is so confusing with all the choices😂😅

100% - doctors are just sheep most of the time following the crowd and saying/doing the same thing. There seems to be a pandemic of lack of original though, questioning of what we're told and courage to speak up.
Cant wait to watch this!✨️ I had a question regarding a nose filler I got. About 0.50ml of Regenevou Deep was injected into my nose tip and whilst I passed a stage of acute complications (yellow pustules, stinging, pains, small random bleeds), I have thread veins that are becoming more prominent on my nose tip and my vision has been different since getting the nose filler (light is intense, starry, fuzzy and have increased bluriness). It's been over 3 months since I got it. I'm scared to get it dissolved (regarding my nose shape etc) but I am wondering what you'd suggest I do. 🙏🫶
I'd also like to kindly ask that you make a similarly in-depth video about hyaluronidase (it's risks, filler complications and how to manage them etc). I will literally watch it even if its 10 hours long 😂
